my mental health has also been struggling for the past 2 months; you're not alone! 😔🫶🏽 unfortunately it's manifested its way into my daily life and i've been slacking so much with my studies, im really behind.
weirdly, most of the bad thoughts seemed to disappear over the last couple of days so now im confused and scared 😭 am i just waiting on another wave of it? has it gone or is it just buried inside me? god sometimes i hate our brains - they're so complex and confusing
