Thank you, I couldn’t see from the manual about the little tension wheel on the top. Now I see why I got a loosely wound bobbin!

Pfaff should pay you for providing these this tutorial. I love my machine but the site is woefully inadequate in terms of instruction. I bought my machine in the Netherlands and the manual is in Dutch. My Dutch is woefully inadequate when it comes to this manual. Your tutorial kept me from pulling out my hair out, although maybe I could embroider it back, once I get the bobbin wound. Thank You!

why is there no videos on winding the bobbin from the needle? I found one video on a Pfaff select something but the set-up of the 720 and that machine are not the same.

Long shot here, but I'm having a tough time finding a supply of bobbins for my Pfaff QE 720 machine. Everything I've tried comes up empty. Can anyone help me with this?

Hi my dear, thank you for your video. My Exp 720 lets little knot coming up during stitching, as the tension is too high. I tried to change needle and tension, higher and lawer but nothing changes :(
