If y’all make it out to Busch Gardens Williamsburg, their new ride, Pantheon, is amazing. Launch up a hill to an intentional roll back, launch backwards up a vertical track, and launch back forwards. It’s my new favorite ride
Actually, I've been on both Montu, and on Dueling Dragons at IOA, back when it still existed there, those were my 1st two inverted coasters ever, and from that point I decided I like the inverteds a bit better, because to me without the floor under my feet, I get more of a feeling like I'm truly actually flying, and I Love that sensation, and I'm a kid that grew up essentially on wooden coasters. I'm an East Coast kid, born in 1965, so in my mid 50s now, and I think came in at kind just the beginning of the switch from wooden tracks to metal, have also been on the infamous Coney Island Cyclone coaster in Brooklyn, NY, several times.
Loved Busch gardens, can't wait to see you ride with Jackson, weeeeeee 😍😍
THAT'S ONE HUGE SWING!
The amount of work they do to keep Montu and Kumba running butter smooth is amazing. Busch does an amazing job
Edit: Okay it may not be the smoothest in the world, but you gotta commend busch for taking care of them for as long as they have, ya know? And respectfully, everyone's bodies handle rollercoasters different, so yeah it'll differ from one person another. To me, I havent had a bad ride on either one in the last couple of years, and in my opinion, they are running better than ever.
But yeah, I do appreciate and enjoy comments, so thank you to everyone who's responded!
The Kumba is not butter smooth...LOL Its a head banger!
They have to do work on all of the Rollercoasters and constantly test before people come in everyday people's lives are at risk
Kumba butter smooth??? You funny
I worked at kumba for several years.. it is not butter smooth lol
Kumba and montu?????😂😂😂👀 cheetah chase is smooth
Ah Tim - the combination of YOU and roller coasters will always be magic for me
Montu back row has a similar felling to manta's loop in that you feel your face being pushed down.
Thanks for all the rides.
Rhino Rally was such a good ride and brings me back so many childhood memories.
I wish I loved roller coasters. You are so brave Tim!
Tim's POV is just the best not a whole lot of talking which is nice makes me feel like I'm there
I can wait when Jackson can finally ride a big buddy coaster with Tim hearing both of them say weeee 😂 love the trackers
GIANT SWING RIDE!!!!!!!!!
Thanks Tim I love the cool ride
I'm sure this has already been said, but this looks the same type of ride as Rush in Thorpe Park in the UK. It's a good ride! Hopefully Busch Gardens one will be higher.
Yep it is. Same manufacturer, S&S Scream 'n' Swings. They are almost everywhere.
Kumba is still hands down my favorite coaster
Me too! I ride it every time I go!
hey tim good vlogs and thank you and keep up the good work you do love jari
Hahahaa Tim "I feel like I should be saying weeee" and then just ARRRRGGGGGGHHHHH the whole way around hahahah
I love going to Bush Gardens Williamsburg Virginia........but my riding ride days are done 😆 🤣 looks like a fun ride though👍thanks Tim❤
We have that ride at Lake Compounce in Bristol, Connecticut. Ours is called thunder and lightning. We have a little booth at the front of ours that has an animatronic man reading the “weather forecast” with storm sound effects
Cool park !
Thank You for keeping the roller coaster in POV mode. I wish you would do that on all the roller coasters because we can still hear you talk even when it’s in for POV mode
It’s fun to see his reactions too.
I was there myself Tim - the day before yesterday the park was rammed! I waited over a hour for Cobra's Curse on a weekday
Montu, Kumbaa and Shiekra are My TOP 3. I haven't done Iron Gwazi yet. Or Cheetah Hunt
That new ride coming to Busch gardens look like fun 🤩 and love the roller coasters 🎢
Good evening Tim from the United Kingdom 🇬🇧🇬🇧🇬🇧 Great video as usual I’m a big rollercoaster for myself I cannot wait to go to Busch Gardens and ride some of those rollercoasters is in 2004 I’m a bit upset though I wanted you to ride I Iron glossy As that is the one I want to ride myself hopefully you’ll go back sometime this week and ride that coaster so we can all see what it’s like. Specially myself and get myself ready for 2024 . One more thing that new ride looks amazing I cannot wait to ride that I love a good swing. One more thing I probably won’t have a burger before a ride any of these rides
Rest in piece Tim’s youth after riding these coasters 😂
The new ride looks very similar to the one at cedar point called Skyhawk except restraints are a little different
Have you all ever thought about coming up to Virginia to see Busch Garden's Williamsburg or Kings Dominion? They're both pretty awesome parks and they both have water parks in them or near by as well.
They really should
Seaworld San Antonio had the same ride open this year and it's really a good ride tbh. Glad Tampa gets to share in the excitement!
I'm dying to go to Sea World San Antonio someday. I'm in NOLA so it's not that far
Good job on your videos and That roller coaster looks fun
Tim channeling Rob Alvey there with the Weee' s. Lol!
I finally moved to Florida and I’m only 40 mins away from this park! We went to universal this month but I can’t wait to hit Busch Gardens!
Yeah Tim you sound more in pain than thrill! Me too! I felt it this year most of all but then I’m getting seizures now and my head hurts a lot sooner.
Hanging coasters are my favorite!
I promised myself I'd keep riding the big rides for decades to come. I've ridden Montu 9 times in a row before. Now I'm 32, and I just got back on Mission: Space for the first time in 15 years, and that took a lot more out of me than it used to. So even though I'm younger, I get it, and I get the heartache that comes with having to skip some of these rides.
Anyone else hear the Pee Wee Herman yell?? Lol Tim is hilarious!
You could rock the crop, Tim! >:D
Another great video on Busch Gardens, Tim. I've been to Central Florida so many times but I have yet to visit Busch Gardens. Thank you for your thoughts and videos because it will definitely help in my own plans to check that place out!
My very first time on Velocicoaster we had a roll back. It was incredible!!!!
Was it early in the day or after it rained? Every time I rode Top Thrill Dragster I used to PRAY to get a roll back. Never happened, no matter when I rode. First ride of the day, after it rained, when it would get cloudy. Always bummed I never got one
Such a good pk for coasters
I’m interested to look at other places in Orlando as sadly we are as a family being priced out of Disney. We love Orlando though so will continue to come and looking forward to trying other places x
Busch Gardens is definitely worth the drive to Tampa! However you need a rental car to go, Universal (while also a bit pricey) is also so worth a visit! Hagrids roller coaster is so unique and worth the wait!
@@mollywarden840 thanks for the advice Mollie, I wouldn’t have known that xx
@@LancerX916 thanks so much for your suggestion, it’s much appreciated x
@@LancerX916 clearwater beach is boring lol
Laura you still heave to do Disney maybe st Hollywood Studios
Hey Tim 👋 our Busch Gardens in Virginia is also supposed to be getting one of these 😁 You guys should totally come up here and visit this one and also King's Dominion while you're here !
The swing? It's there. Rode it 2 summers ago. Won't ride it again, lol. Much more intense than it looks. It's down on the creek, near the Lochness monster.
Looks like it'll be just like Skyhawk at Cedar Point.
We have a swing ride very similar to this one at Cedar Point called Skyhawk. It's one of THE most adrenaline pumping thrill rides I've ever ridden! Looking forward to seeing the Serengeti Flyers in operation. 😊
I really enjoyed when Tim does the POV camera views and I would like to see more POV views when ever he goes on Rollercoasters and I hope I'm not the only one about that but maybe it's just me because how much I love Rollercoasters! And also
I been to Busch Gardens several times and I been on all of those Rollercoasters!😊
9:17 I guess thats why they call it Busch Gardens!
Great video. Was nice to meet you in person.
Scorpion was my first upside down roller coaster (back in 1997), so it will always have a special place in my heart. But I can very much understand your hesitancy to ride. I can't imagine how much it shakes you up these days
The new swing ride is going to be the same as Rush at Thorpe Park in the UK!
You really need to come to Carowinds one day! We have a coaster made basically the same as monto called Afterburn! And I would to love see you on Fury!!
Tim you'd rock the crop top !
Good to see BG again through your eyes.
I would have been done after the first one...the "nice, easy" ride! Ha ha! Then again I'm rather above you in age! Take care!
I haven't done TIGRIS. It looks FUN
Literally just like finnegans flyer at Busch Gardens Williamsburg and it’s and s&s screamer
I love the roar of the older generation B&M coasters.
Kumba was way ahead of it's time and still kicks ass
I agree! And yes, Kumba is just awesome! 🎢 ❤️
I always wanted to be on a roll back on Top thrill dragster but I guess that will never be happening 😭
Tim's reaction on the rides ...cracks me up Every time, never gets old lol 🧡🌺
Weeee ahhhhhh!!!!
U are a brave tim
I love BG's coasters but still can't get back on Kumba. About 15 years ago I was evac'd from the top of the lift hill and had to walk down the metal grate stairs. It was terrifying!
Look like the swinging ride that Busch Gardens Williamsburg has
BG in Williamsburg has Finnegan’s Flyer. Same as the new one in Tampa
We have that swing ride in Williamsburg Virginia at our Bush Gardens
Great job with video. On coasters I always say , it will be over in 60 seconds
16:10 “I felt like I was going to pass out four or five times… Maybe it’s a sign of good health” Ok I’ll be using that one 😂
I have to be careful which rides I do. In 2019 I contracted vertigo. It’s a terrible spinning sensation even when your eyes are closed. It’s caused by issues with the inner ear. So now some rides will give me vertigo. The pov videos are great cos I get to see what it’s like on the rides I know I can’t handle.
I have no idea about headaches. That is something I would definitely talk to a doctor about. Because I’ve always heard that could be linked to possible concussions.
The front row is the best for the hanging coasters. It's the back row that's the worst. I get headaches when I ride the back of Batman in Six Flags Over a Texas. Lol! Made my friend throw- up in the exit of the ride. I felt bad for him. Lol!
The swing ride looks somewhat unique. I bet at some point there will be 10 Trackers on it at once :) 68 miles an hour!? Goodness that will cause some stomach churn. But I am looking forward to it! Also interested to see SeaWorld's new coaster!
They have this same ride at Busch Gardens Williamsburg, VA.
Never been this early. Love the content, love you guys!!
Our swing ride at Busch Gardens Williamsburg is somewhat like the one that is being built at Tampa.
We have passes to Busch gardens Tampa and I much rather watch the pov from my phone than ride the coaster haha
Great action filming on the coasters...thank you.
Great vlog, great coasters 🎢
Montue , Kumba and Cheetah hunt are my favorites
Sheikra is just awesome..finally got to do Falcons 2 years ago as when it opened, each time we went it was closed due to weather. Iron gwazi I'll give a miss as it used to make me feel sick..unless it better since its refurb
That ride is so fun, we have that here at SeaWorld San Antonio, it’s called Tidal Surge.
Woooooooo!!!!!
That lady behind you on the Cheetah ride, bless her she was terrified 😨
That cheeta coaster looks fun.
RIP RHINO RALLY I wish they could bring it back but at least the train brings you around the park
You forgot to say the Rhino Rally vehicle locked into a raft and floated down river rapids after driving through a safari! LOL
They have that ride at Cedar Point! Very fun!
My favorite Ride at six flags discovery is madusa
A successful coaster video - 16 weeees!!!! Great job Tim!!! 👍🏻😄
I’m impressed if you actually counted.
Happy Wednesday!
The sister to this attraction is at Busch Gardens Williamsburg. Its alot of fun.
It is so funny to me that u described cheetah hunt as nice and easy and when i went to ride it i came off shaking like crazy and not being able to form a sentence 😭👍
Love your videos btw they always bring a smile to my face💕
montu looks like it got faster lol
question tim of jenn how does tim get to go to these fun places media event hard hat tour id would love to do that please let me know. thanks.
Funny how casually you can talk to the camera while riding a coaster. a true professional
Is the Phoenix (Intamin Looping Starship) ride still closed?
I’m not a Roller Coaster rider but I love watching your vlogs, you have such great enthusiasm
The Busch Garden's Spooktacular is different than the Spooktacular at Seaworld! Also, come for the opening ceremony right at 12 because it is super cute!
I rode a similar ride at Busch Gardens Williamsburg-it is amazing and it goes really high up and comes down really fast
I work at SeaWorld San Antonio. We have this swing in our park and we call ours Tidal Surge and it's extremely popular!
Ginger supplements and non-drowsy Dramamine. I swear by it. I did Cosmic Rewind with no issues. Later that evening, when it wore off, I had trouble with the Skyliner. 🤦🏻♀️
Me and my sister saw you recording on cheetah hunt 😅 We just searched for your video bcs we were sure you're a youtuber
You cracked me up with the nice and easy ride to start the day on a launch coaster....haha!
