Ask artists to make a mix of the f:350 mod you were using in this video with your real life truck. You use your truck barely at all for realistic farming, but with a f:350 would be realistic most of the time
There should be a video or series were storms come through year stuff up and you come through with skidloaders and tractors and fix up the land and farm
I love your abandoned farm videos ps the tractors and trucks would start up right away most of the time they will have bad gas or something. And I think you should keep it a farm, and the truck and the old car.
I also have the heavy lifting mod, and it is super handy for straw bales for lifting onto trailers, and seed pallets,etc,etc,etc. I am glad you now have it!

YO the first gen is probably the nicest truck out there they are quite rare and very fun to drive I have on old single wheel first gen 5 speed manual 4 wheel drive so keep it
buying land and doing some property management for hunting would be a really good thing, I hunt a lot, but on public land and its hard to go more than 300 meters without running in to another hunter.. also you could even lease land to some hunters, managed and marked deer property is worth a lot to some people who don't want to fight with other hunters for a spot.. plus you can do a lot of property management with just a chainsaw too
I agree with keeping it as a campground. I also think as an addition, on the more rough terrain he should plow a trail to take up with the gators and 4-wheelers (when the mod comes) and make a offroad course with logs and stumps etc... Idk it is just an Idea. HOPE YOU SEE THIS SQUAD

Buy the farm and use the farm for storage for your equipment
Try and get a sprayer and spray the grass i think it gets rid of the bushes and weeds
