I hope he is creating a permanent fund to maintain these infrastructure. I think his work speaks for itself, but he must not make the Awolowo mistake. Make it difficult for these accomplishments to vanish. Implement a Permanent Infrastructure Maintenance Fund, invested in bonds that returns funds to at least maintain the capital city.
The work done appears very impressive. But this is not a documentary but a propaganda video(No hate). I like Akpabio but you could make this video more credible.
