      Homemade wine typically lasts 1 - 5 years, depending on the type of wine & storage conditions.

      Yes you can. There will be very little bit alcohol content in it.

    Hi I made it 6 days ago and left in a ceramic jar but now its slimy is it normal

      I have not experienced such thing till now. But as per my knowledge this happens sometimes and there is no harm. Keep stirring once in a day for the first 15 days with dry spoon.

      Yeast ferments out the fructose and maltose from your beverage. Don't add too much table sugar and allow the fermentation to be complete. This way your home made wine and home brew beer will be healthy low-calorie drink.
