- Today on the channel we are looking at what dragonball fighterz could have been had we gotten more dlc! Of course this video is only possible thanks to the hard working modders who have added in dlc quality characters like Suer saiyan god goku and Orange piccolo and now.... SSJ4 Vegeta himself!

@@DotoDoya Oh, absolutely! I just thinks he could use some of the extra visual flair that the other modded characters have, like the motion lines, smear frames and other visual effects.
A DBZ character in this game without any of that feels almost like they're entirely unclothed somehow.

the quarter circle forward (236M and H version) of the ssj4 vegeta mod are DP's, fully invincible DPS, which is why it has doodoo reach

I really like they added a character art emulating the art style of the game for those mods, it really makes them look legit
I wish Doto's editor wouldn't remove footage from fighting game videos. He edits these like party game videos where you want to make sure there's "always something happening," but with fighting games there are huge aspects like block strings and neutral that are great to watch but often get edited out so that the video always shows a character getting hit.
This is literally one of the TOP characters I wish they would add to the game. This mod is a dream come true

I hope you're gonna be playing this vegeta more in the future. Because the flip input's got 3 versions for crazy mix. 214S-L goes immediately on the ground, 214S-M does like a full screen dash that can lead to a saucy rejump after 5H, and 214S-H is like a heavy knockdown that crosses up and you can combo off of it and the 214S-S gives him another Blue Gogeta like 2S except it's final shine and just like his normal j2S you can throw that in some of ur combos and connect it with super dash... These mods are getting to the point to where I would love to see people actually use them online/tournaments to come up with mix and crazy combos. Too bad the crashes ruin them.

But when Vegeta does an actual Final Shine, Doto's silent? Bruh.
I think the reason why we stopped getting characters is because FighterZ was expensive to make, especially when you consider ONE character takes about 3 to 4 month be developed and the contract Arc System Works had with Bandai-Namco was up but I heard it was renewed supposedly. Arc System is not a cheap studio, they're aren't just slapping skins on a 3D models like other Dragon Ball games. We should've had Uub, Pan, Super 17, Omega Shenron, Super Saiyan 4 Goku & Vegeta, and more!
This game could have cooked for so long but they stopped giving DLC

FighterZ 2 is coming
Unrelated to FighterZ, but I heard a rumor from someone claiming to have involvement with the game that there's some kind of special mechanic with beam clashes depending on who is on your team. Perhaps someone with early access to the game could attempt to get into a beam clash with, say, goku and vegeta on the same team?
LETS GOOOOOOOOO HE’S TRYING THE OTHER MODS!!!!!! I’m still sad that they didn’t have these characters or characters like future gohan in the game as dlc. It would’ve been so cool.
Edit: 30:04 one of those titles would definitely be something like “FROM THE TOP ROPE!!!” With the thumbnail having him be mid grab or something
tbf I feel like the FighterZ roster is a bit of a letdown now that I think of it. Coming from Tenkaichi 2 and 3 where they had almost every movie villain and lackey, every character from Raditz showing up to the Shadow Dragons in GT (minus Rildo). Even 3 added in King Piccolo, General Blue, and Arale
Meanwhile FighterZ took the base characters everyone knew would be in it, and then just added in a handful of characters here and there. Like yeah we got SS4 Goku and Gogeta, but we never did get SS4 Vegeta, giant characters are nonexistant (probably because of the fact it's a 2d fighting game) and the closest we get to them are the Broly's and maybe if you count Baby Vegeta's ultimate.
Heck we don't even get Frieza and Cell's transformations in the game. They just start at their final forms and that's all we get from Cell. Idk I feel like they could have had fun with the transformation animations for these 2 and we just don't get that in the game
There's a whole Super Saiyan 4 with a tail in game to get that from and they said Cooler...
