I think no face wash can helps in reducing acne. It's your lifestyle and diet which really impacts on acne.
1. Maintain a good gut health.
2. Don't use harsh face wash which may worsen the acne breakouts.
3. Change the pillow covers regularly.
3. Don't rub/touch you face with dirt hands.
4. maintain saprate towel for face wash.
5. Sleep good 7-8hrs.
6. Try to quit Sugar, Any dairy items.
6. try meditation, yoga and stretching.

Before buying any skincare product, remember everyone's skin is different and will react differently to various products. I bought this face wash with high hopes of using it daily, but it broke my skin barrier. I could only use it every other day, and now half of it is sitting in my closet, wasted.
