Although buildings are very old but it’s the best college in the state(except IIT,NIT & IIIT). I did my b.tech here then went to IIT Kanpur for m.tech. Now I am working in one of the largest company in the world.
Agar tum IES ki baat karre ho to koi dikkat nai hai par agar IAS ki soch kar chal rahe ho to Bura na mano to mera opinion mankar Aisa thinking mat banao kyonki aise life nai work kar payega kyo ki aap ek professional course choose Karo sirf isliye taki aap graduation dikha sako upsc ke liye Jo ki civil society ko serve karne wali job hai to mera baat manoge to Aisa sochna mat kyonki abhi meri batein tumko bakwas lage ho skta hai tumko aisa lage ki kya bol rahe hai ye par akhir me ye ek confusion hi hai aur kuch nai Jo tumhare life ka kimti samay barbad kar dega aur kuch nai baki engineering me branch accha chahte ho to civil tumhare liye accha hoga agar IES ki baat karein to.....mujhe ye Wale confusion ka experience bahut acche se hai so pls dhyaan se samay lekar career choose karna 😊
But MCA from ggu working as software engineer ,I've seen .... I think it's better thn gec ,even gec bsp supersenior told me ......and somebody said ure getting peer group from all over India over there, there is 19/20 bw gec n ggu not much difference but GGU is a GFTI so definitely it have few advantages,GGU is also known for GATE scorers , final conclusion is that , its all depends on person to person.... Many of senior told me it is good for CSE n IT ...

There are few chances but most probably not ....but but but you still have CGPET there you can score far better than jee as well as competition is so low
