When swearing comes to roblox, its gonna make talking so much easier. i keep getting moderated for words like “could”, “dawg”, “or”. its really freaking annoying
UA-cam gets tagged sometimes it’s annoying and it tags the whole message so you have to type it all over again. Cowgirl is also tagged too like WTF?

With the VR thing, I had issues with it like 2 months ago my Roblox would randomly close for no reason with no error message, I uninstalled the oculus app and it stopped which was very confusing
I got it right after installing the oculus app so thats likely the reason
if roadblocks actually removes the chat filter/ add swearing, imagine what games like evade, TSB, MM2 and more games would be like😭

The VR issue probably doesn't pertain directly to Oculus being installed. It likely detects the app running some tiny processes in the background, and roblox picks them up.
the vr error thing has actually been an issue where some software would cause roblox to crash randomly so if you had that software then the error is more of a warning instead of an actual error
good thing im not the only one with that error, i literally can't play roblox. I just get the error and it doesn't load

For that error, most likely roblox is seeing oculus software or steamvr in the registry which would explain why the issue persists despite the applications being closed, i personally havent experienced it despite using steamvr with my headsets but it would make sense if that were the case
It doesn't matter if you close out of all things VR related, there are background services running. For instance, if you have Meta Oculus, it'll have the oculus services running in the background and even that isn't safe.

4:55 the vr error comes up because if you go to settings in a roblox game, and scroll to the bottem, you will see "VR" and if you disable that, then rejoin/restart your roblox, you wont get that error message

So, I think what’s happening is that Oculus has background tasks that you need to close, since they run on startup sometimes. So Roblox might be like detecting it or smth.
I think they’re called like OSVR or something, and they have the meta icon instead of the oculus icon now.
When the oculus app is opened, it starts something call the OVR Server which is used to do vr and it stays open even if you close the window so that is probably why people are getting the error

You can configure a setting to enable or disable Vr to get rid of this message. It is normally enabled by default and since Roblox’s new changes to Vr I wouldn’t be surprised if the service checks for any Vr software that has run in the past or is running to enable it automatically. Must be an issue on Roblox’s code end with the service displaying an error for users who are not using Vr.

update: roblox reverted the catalog inflation back for head accessories to 75 and i think that applied for face accessories to 65

I do have a little message to say in the comments, it is about the Roblox support having the age change category thing, I’m sure people have tried changing their age due to maybe putting wrong date of birth in their accounts when making them (or in settings) the funny thing is they can’t change your account age, like why? (You prob will provide your card details and think it will work) but no it does not, and I am one of these people that suffers from this, i have contacted Roblox Atleast 10 times of account age changing, but they have declined (always) even with private information details, and I’m honestly wondering, why does a change age category exist if you can’t change your age even, like what?
It’s not even beneficial cause like how are people with huge currency gaps going to buy accessories. Like it’s so crazy I come from a country where the dollar is way more than our country’s currency it’s already so expensive why make it less accessible for everyone else in other countries like why

One error i encountered (it wasn't really an error but a problem) i used to have oculus installed on my computer and it would randomly crash without and error so i uninstalled oculus and the problems stopped

The VR roblox error is basic when u have the Oculus app not running it crashes ur game after an extended period. When it's running that period is extended. To fix it just un-install it. Ps this bug has been here since Roblox vr was added. last week or 2 weeks ago the error msg was added. it does crash ur game after 1 to 2 hours.

Well I almost got banned for “swearing” when I was trying to say an ore from the game the ore was “magmonium” so yeah it could have got me permanently banned from the game and banned for 7 days from Roblox.
And I also hate UA-cam because it keeps taking down my comments even though they’re not that bad compared to others.
