- We're SO close to finishing out EPIC self storage conversion - from a massive building filled with office spaces to a multi-story indoor storage facility!
Walk through our project with us! We'll show you how we achieved this build in an old office building (that was already built onto many times). It was a genuine puzzle designing this thing. BUT we still ended up with almost 97,000 rentable square feet of storage - wow!
This project has been in a works for a while --- between city approvals and architectural designs, we take you along the ride of this exciting conversion build!

Like to know more on the RV units. What are the other Amenities do you offer with them? How do the doors open are they powered and what do you charge for 120 V
We are actually working on a full video to this, coming soon! But for now,
There are different tiers to RV storage, like outdoor, outdoor enclosed, and indoor.
Amenities can include things like in-unit power, which keeps batteries on a trickle-charge to prevent dead batteries after months of sitting idle.
Some indoor ones will also support door opening w/ a garage door opener

@@SelfStorageIncome Thanks for the reply. I've seen many different types of RV units. Thinking of the enclosed ones, that don't have a man door. How do they access... by remote?
@@robthebuilder4004 many enclosed ones will not have a door (especially if it's just covered parking or some sort of overhang above the parking spots). You'd have to get a fully enclosed one (it looks like a giant drive-up unit), and often the nicer facilities will have garage door openers you can remotely control
what was the cost per ft to convert this?
