You were once an economic forum, now EU is a political forum. This needs to change. Europe is not Islam. I will held every pro EU accountable once it it too late to save Europe from Islam.
Let's not forget, EU was an union between member countries for 1) free travel without the need of visa 2) taxless trading between members 3) work without the need of a visa between the members. Today EU is a fully fledged federal government which imposes the same rules across a whole continent and where those who benefit the most (Germany, France, Austria, Belgium, Luxembourg) impose their BS policies on everybody else.
While they want to reduce CO2 from COWS, Mrs. von Der Leyen travels in private jets in the Alps to meet with billionaire lobbyists and impose crazy policies on all Europeans.
EU should be a union between countries, not a federal government.

Hopefully this will act as a wake up call for Europe to get its shit together when it comes to asylum policies and uncontrolled migration from the middle east. It's a highly contentious topic and sticking your head in the sand will only produce more Wilderses throughout the Union.
Honestly this is my major issue with the left. Care about locals citizens (and yes that includes people of color and immigrants ofcourse) BUT STOP bringing in millions of others! It's not in anyone's best interest. And dare to speak against radical islam. Then i'd vote left again.
There is no uncontrolled migration from the Middle East. You right wing kinds think because you repeat lie a lot that the lie is becoming true? You are idiots.
Nope. Just like the US and Canada, progressivism has ingrained itself into the bureaucracy and citizenry in general. People need to distinguish between feelings and reality. Until, nothing changes.
That would be nice, but the modern left just seems to keep doubling down ideologically, rather than being practical.

If you're a right-winger who doesn't want those things (as Wilders does), then supporting the EU is basically undermining your own position.
Right and Left as concepts are not fixed, they evolve in time, and in these current times the left has become pro globalisation, and pro centralisation of power and resources, while the modern right has become the opposite, this means that the right platform is excluding this option, just like the left platform is excluding the option of sovereign borders

PVV is not an extreme Far Right party, not if you compare it with how far the Left Socialist party has gone. GL/PVDA and D66 have gone far more to the left than PVV have gone to the right, you can see that by just taking a look at how fare the Left are willing to push Migration and Multiculturalism on our Society. The Left Dutch parties are as Extreme Left as the Democrats in the US!!! You can also take a look at their supporters, those are far more extreme than PVV supporters. Only the story about the climate is a bit out of context. He doenst oppose the climate funds. They will only make sure that the Netherlands wont be a front runner when it comes to actions against climate change, but instead walk on the same pace as the average EU member to achieve the EU goals. The previous Dutch cabinet however, wanted to achieve more than the EU goals and to be an example to the rest of the world. So this wont happen anymore now. netherlands too 😢😢😢
The problem is with these kinds of coalitions is that the views are so wide apart that it wouldn't take much in new future policies for it to all fall apart.
It's very likely that many policies within the coalition will get watered down to win enough support to get things done, or if any of the coalition partners play hard ball, it could be enough for the government to fall apart.
It's going to be interesting to see over the coming months and years but I suspect it's not going to be as big of a deal as some think it will be because there are too many voices pulling in many directions and it wouldn't take much for them to fall out.
Either way, moderate parties are successful because they moderate their policies to be more accommodating with more of the public and more people in government, basically, when it comes to the crunch of pushing for policy change, I suspect that's when things will get difficult in that there will likely be a lot of compromises and watering down of the policies, so much so that I don't think this is an issue for the EU at all, no different from how many of the other so-called radical parties that gained power have not really been that big of a deal throughout the EU.
Still, we'll see over the coming months and years, but we've heard this time and time again, Italy is a prime example and yet, you wouldn't think it but the Italian government comes across as quite moderate that gets along quite well with the EU, probably because political reality kicks in on what they can realistically do, after all, it's far easier to talk on what you want to do when not in power, it's another story when in power that you have to be careful on your policy choices and have to keep the voting public onside, which most are moderates.
These are sensible policies, and a good first step in the right direction - even if they don't quite go far enough in terms of reversing climate policies, and dealing with Islamism.
As a Polish citizen i think we should unite against migration deals...

If the EU wants to survive it must abolish the unanimity voting rule.
One nation's rejection of progress should not hinder the whole of what is supposed to become a Civilization-state.
Reading these comments is just further proof that people like you and in our government don't give a hit about what their citizens actually want. The large majority of EU citizens don't want an EU state. It was promised throughout the integration proces that the EU would never become a federal state. People like you and in the EU institution lie to the people to push your sick worldview, but people are starting to notice, which is why what you call ''far-right'' will and is winning terrain in all of Europe.
Not everybody wants to live in the United States, mate. If that rule is abolished, it will simply mean whenever a country gets overruled by majority vote for more integration, it gives them more reason to leave the EU entirely.
The Netherlands is the largest per-capita contributor to the EU budget by a very large margin and controls access to the largest port on the continent. You dont want us to leave. We dont want to leave. So compromises will have to be made.
We have spent our entire existence fighting for independence against the Germans, (well, the HRE mostly) the French, the Spanish and the British. We're not just going to roll over and give up our nation because somebody else voted for it.
There are many points of integration the Netherlands does support. We are one of the founding members, and the free traffic of people, goods, services, and capital has benefited us greatly. Even the money we give to other countries for free is a benefit for us. We would also likely be in favor of one EU army and further integration of finance and foreign policy ministries, in which we usually have to set the right example anyway.
But turning the EU into one nation state is something you will find little support for in any country. Even Germany.
Or just abolish rights of what is becoming a failed empire

But not a superstate. We didn't escape Moscow just to be ruled by Berlin/Brussels/Paris.
I wonder if his cabinet will survive the end of this year. Knowing him he will do something dumb and stupid again.
BBB is not right wing populist party. It is a party that focusses on interests of farmers and rural communities.
They are. They literally supported Geert Wilders in becoming the PM. They host many previous PVV and JA21 members and MPs too. They support many right-wing policies such as euroscepticism and climate scepticism (including opposition against wind turbines).
@@scientia8442 Do you think that the energy transition in the Netherlands is a success? Electricity grid capacity problems, feed-in fines for private solar panel owners, the countryside is filled with wind turbines and solar parks causing inconvenience and at the expense of nature, electric cars are less environmentally friendly than expected. We do not have enough electricity in winter to replace gas. In general wishful thinking and symbolism. So very good that new parties exist with fresh, realistic ideas.
I am getting out the popcorn to watch this government struggle to achieve tying their own shoelaces …..
Considering that the opposition is just licking their lips at trying to make the new coalition look bad and fail so that the opposition can take back power and ruin the country even more instead of doing what is best for the country. i am certain it will be a challenge. But lets hope Wilders does well.
Did you perhaps also enjoy seeing foreign criminals fighting with police in The Hague? Wake up...
Brexit means Brexit
I assume you are not from Holland. Because when Mark Rutte made big mistakes... he just said:
I Dont have any active memories on this subject.
or: I deeply regret the victims who got hit with this scandals.
(but actually dont do shit)

easy to improve on that for Geert Wilders

Thank you for the proper grammar in the title.

Policies of EU must change from bottom on behalf Europians ban immigration in Europe Asylum seekers ignore
Be careful what you say, because that way you will immediately become a far-right, fascist, racist... , at least according to the current liberal dictatorship...
A referendum on immigration in the EU would be interesting, perhaps the current picture would fail.
It is an artificially imposed dictate that the current EU leadership continues the resettlement
open border sht happens because west european supporting communists
Immigration is a member state policy, you racists and xenophobes ar so ignorant about the EU.
finnaly we dutch people become free dutch people again
Lol... think again
Dream on...
Hehehe….
We, the Muslims make slaves already😅
Wow, that sound awesome, actually
Clever so kann es besser werden😊
Maybe they can add Ukraine and subtract the Dutch.
As a Dutchman I would say, oh hell yeah ! Please give us our freedom back. We are the second biggest contributer (after Germany). Let's make it happen.
As a Dutch person I'm ashamed because of these idiots in power.
@@theglanconer6463you have no idea what kind of economical impact it will have by going out of the eu, the fact most people in the uk wish they could go back says enough

You have no idea how your country economy works if you trully think that nl can do better without eu than uk did. uk is few times bigger economy and even they could not brokerage better deals than what they were getting with eu. There is a reason why their economy is in such state.
The PVV isn't far right. Just right so far.
they are populist, with left leaning policies when it comes to the economy so yeah definitely not right leaning.
Because of the Dutch, English, French, German colonialism and Imperialist USA .
There’s more poor countries in Africa and they seek immigration to the countries who looted and gets rich.
Due to the war of nato and specifically USA and Israel Middle East is on fire.
Due to the war people are seeking asylum, refugee.
The whole monoaxial right/left discussion is garbage (still, commenter above me is right (as in correct haha)). It's WAY too oversimplified and I can't believe we keep using it to this day..

Forget it. Wilders just made a U-turn. He just endorsed Mark Rutte's Clone for MP
Netherlands is very smart planning ❤
And so are our German brothers and sisters much love back from the Netherlands !
I don't know about all the countries in the EU but the UK never had a vote on joining the EU, in 1973 we had a referendum to ask if we wanted to join the EEC, European Economic Community ie a common market, we were railroaded into the EU without a vote in 1993 probably like most other countries, but thankfully when we had a vote on weather we wanted to stay in the EU in 2016 the answer was NO but the UK establishment wasn't going to except that and has put spanner after spanner in the works to stop it happening ever since and will do every thing in their power to get us back in

Proud to be a PVV voter ;)
You‘ll wipe that smile off in ten years.
I doubt that, Leftwing parties have ruined this country over years.
@@autumnjacaranda106 before that time comes I'll make sure to see your tears as liberal parties get ripped apart
OK, so you have the PVV, VVD, NSC and BBB, but what about the BBC and ACDC?
Why are they the establishment so scared of Geert and Eva
The idea behind the EU at the start free trade and travel and one currency was fine but i dont understand why they think they can make and change a countries laws.
Get back to the free trade and movement or close down. The richer countries are keeping the others a float like Greece who fiddle their own tax yet cant afford to be in the EU.
You're a decade behind buddy, "North pays for Southern Europe" hasn't been a major talking point in years. And for the record, barely European Cyprus is currently doing better than your "the Frugal Four" Austria, a trend we shall see with all improving Southern states & struggling Northern ones :)
Now, back to 2013 you go 👋👋
