I have a music box with this tune, it's an old wooden mirror with a little girl praying beside her bed with her dog watching her... It also has a worn out adhesive label that says "Michel" on it and I think it's supposed to say "Michela" (my former babysitter 's daughter)... I also think the sticker was not originally on the music box itself but it was added either after her baptism or later in her life... Dunno much about it, since it was hers and I dunno how she actually got it. The unusual fact about that music box is that it contains a rare PULL STRING ALL METAL version of the movement, so either it was some kind of custom Italian manufacture or it was a very rare marketed item
