In today’s tutorial we will learn how to use Adobe Capture to create brushes for Fresco (or for Photoshop) using 2 different methods. Adobe Capture is a free app available for both phones and tablets, so make sure to go download it. There two methods to create brushes in Adobe Capture:
*Draw the brush shape and use the Camera in Adobe Capture to capture it
*Draw your brush shape in Adobe Fresco and import into Capture to create brushes

is it possible to make Vector Brushes for Fresco?

You can edit the existing vector brushes and save them as a new brush. There are a lot of different brush settings that will let you create unique vector brushes. If you mean vector brushes from images or such, then unfortunately the answer is no.

Yes, they are pixel brushes.
