also cuz pl is not as such a fast farner as other illu heroes such as ck naga or tb the first facet of pl reduces his farming speed significantly and radiance helps through all dat farm and dmg which his first facet lacks i got lvl 26 pl btw so this is as far as my knowledge goes but radiance is highly situational.... hope it helps❤

New PL update makes PL build more damage items than stats, so the 50+ dmg from radiance is very good.
