3:30. Americans, on the other hand, strangely think that when they have to cook something Italian they must first fill their pots or pans full of garlic. While the Italian cuisine needs very little garlic (which by the way then often, after it releases its aroma, is also removed), but a lot of Americans evidently never understood this. And many think that we Italians put garlic everywhere (perhaps even in a Cappuccino). While garlic is put only where it is needed !

12:57 Here I was a little surprised. Normally, in other parts of Italy, baked lamb with potatoes in the oven, is made without tomato sauce. But then again in Italy in every region, in every town and we can say even in every family, it is done a little bit differently.

Interesting! Two Italian-American cooks showed us the way how Italian cook, the yummy Italian food reborn in the New World. 😋😉

The delicious Italian food does not need to be "reborn" in the new world. It has been and is always famous not only here in Italy, but all over the world ! 😉 😊

I have 3 videos so far on dishes that I know are from Catania! Orange Chicken for Saint Sebastian Day and San Birnardu Sauce, a lovely baroque cocoa based sauce. (Plus a bonus third about an application of the sauce) ua-cam.com/play/PLV9mubG-l-Jo18J_dr-5L7NiZoWD4gGxU.html
