Cesarean delivery in Hindi [ C-Section ] Nursing Lecture

Cesarean section or c-section is a surgical procedure in which the fetus is delivered via laparotomy then hysterotomy, the incision is given on the abdominal wall then to the uterine wall, and the fetus is delivered out with the parts of the conceptus.
Here in this lecture the incidences, types, and indications are explained in Hindi.
Types of cesarean section are-
1. LSCS (Lower segment cesarean section)
2. USCS (Upper segment cesarean section /classical)
Indications are -
1 Antepartum Hemorrhage
2 Contracted pelvis and cephalopelvic disproportion
3 Hypertensive disorders
4 Dystocia
5 Fetal non-reassuring status
6 failed surgical induction
7 Malpresentation
8 Medical disorders like diabetes, heart disease
9 Vaginal obstruction
