Hi i have a problem. I had my old phone number connected to my account and when i switched phone numbers and phone i was told i had to unbind my account but not sure how to do it because i can only monitor my cameras on wifi at home and i can see my cameras when I’m on my cellular data away from home. Please help.
Thank you - this is very useful. But it hasn't yet cured an "offline" error I get from Hik-Connect on my Samsung phone when I try to view three of my six Hik POE cameras. The other three cams display fine and all six are set up in the same way with the same passwords. When I check in my browser interface, it reports that the 'missing' three cams are all online to Hik-Connect so why would Hk-Connect be reporting an error? The message samples on about only being able to view video if my phone is on the same LAN as the camera, which it definitely is. So is this a Hik-Connect bug?

@@kayberry6292 Are you sure you writed the correct small S/N? You can see that on device label sticker. Or just ignore last 4 letters from the long S/N and copy the last 8 numbers and one letter before numbers. That worked for me.
@@stevewilson397 - I haven't seen this problem lately so maybe Hikvision fixed it? I didn't change anything.
Hello, my playback function only allows me to view the camera's history within the last five hours. Has anyone encountered the same issues. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank You.
i have issues getting hikvision platform access to work, i have "online" status in registrations status, but on phone, i get cannot connect all the time, regardless of what i do

It’s probably related to port forwarding rules you had in the router and now it’s gone. Just check that and recreate the rules (if that’s the case).
How can I use it without network ?? I want to use it without network.

It could be dozens of different problems, unfortunately I can't individually help. Please just Google about the problem and the messages and errors you see when trying to playback.
