I AM 76 and living outside INDIA. Despite very limited ( except listening experience) Knowledge I hear Kanyakumari's violin videos available on UA-cam during my daily walk for 2 hours for the last at least 15 years. (Not on roads but walking trails well maintained). What a peaceful experience every day .morning and evening ! Thanks.

Bhavapriya has a rich flavor of Shubhapatuvarali with a mild Shanmukhapriya in the initial stages! Is this perception real or am I imagining? The Ghamakas are so immense in the lyrics- not so much later in the Niraval etc. Delightful.

Ms Kanyakumari is excellent,but also good at non-closure : she pauses little at places you expect more , for example, in Sahana alapana.
