I am a gymnast and i have a few tips for your backflips!
1) if you can, start the flip with your arms up and as you go back pull them down by your legs! It helps you rotate faster and gives you more time to see the landing!
2) also to do 2 in a row try and get as much height as possible so youcan see the landing of the first flip and can prepare for the second flip!
