Guys, I have made a concept for Master Okada (SF3):-
Name: Master Okada
Faction: Heralds
Rarity: Epic
Weapon: Blood Reaper (SF3)
Special Attack: Blood Hunt (SF3)
Special Kick: None
Special Abilities:
1. Captain's Legacy: Despite not having any ranged weapon, Okada can
summon Shadow Bots for aid. All their attacks break through the
opponent's block.
# Note # When initiating the move, a blue circle appears under the
opponent. Seconds after the circle fades, a shadow bot attacks from
above or from the sides.
2. Master's Precision: The Blood Reaper's heavy attacks are guaranteed
to poison the opponent, dealing damage over time.
Shadow Abilities:
1. Trip (SF3)
2. Bolt (SF3) [If Lvl 3 Talent 1 is chosen]
Talent Tree:
Level 1
> Shadow Cache: Summoning Shadow Bots gives a lot of shadow energy.
> Healing Droids: Summoning Shadow Bots restores health.
Level 2
> Cleansing Protocol: Shadow Bots drain opponent's shadow energy.
> Critical Assessment: Shadow Bots deal critical damage.
Level 3
> Shadow Bolt: Master Okada gains a new shadow ability. Shadow form duration
is increased.
> Shadow Blades: Master Okada's attacks have a small chance to deal
shadow damage.
# NOTE # Chance of activation: 5-15% + The attack is unblockable.
Level 4
> Aftershocks: After exiting shadow form, your first hit ignores
opponent's block and deals critical damage.
> Determination: While opponent is in shadow form, your attack and
defense are increased.
Level 5
> Shadow Overload: Master Okada becomes invinsible in shadow form.
Invinsibility lasts for sometime after exiting shadow form.
> Desperation : When Master Okada's health drops below 20%, physical
damage is significantly increased.
# NOTE # Damage increased by: 40-60%
Any thoughts on this?
How about add shadow contamination to the heavy attack which will reduce 2.5% of their shadow ,light,jinguu or blaze

KOTL is a good character to play and definately need an epic weapon
I have an idea of my own, i've been thinking that sacrificing 1/4 of his health for shadow could put him in some critical situation, so i come up with an idea to improve his ability and could help making him more OP, do you wanna hear my idea?
I have an idea of an epic weapon too, basically, when KOTL loses 1/3 and 2/3 of his health respectively, he's gonna enter Dark Incarnation in each one of these times, increasing his shadow damage and making him gain additional shadow energy for his attacks every time. When he loses all of his health, he'll enter Dark Incarnation one final time, gaining his temporary health and this ability of epic weapon again.

I'm thinking of a weapon that burns some of his opponent shadow energy, therefore sacrifice less hp
For those who doesn't used shadow energy he burn some of their hp instead

About my idea being OP, i didn't mean that the epic weapon ability would stack, in the 1st DI, the ability would only increase Kotl's shadow damage, in the 2nd one, he would gain additional shadow energy for his attacks, and the 3rd one would be the regular DI, with all the talents related to it only being activated on this 3rd stage. And if Nekki decides to add something similar to that and it turns out to be too OP, they could nerf it to only increasing either the shadow damage or the shadow damage gain.

Observe the opponent's movement
If he's coming towards you then use back jingu attack and if he's going back then use the front.
But if you're confused then try to bait your opponent with jingu technique
Go on ascension ( up button) and then cancel the attack ( use down. Button) it will work well with level 8 talent - resourceful monkey 👌
