Dell Precision 7510 overheating heat-sink diagnostic (Part 3)

My Dell Precision 7510 laptop is overheating and causing thermal shutdowns. In this video I diagnose problems with heatsink using pettier heater. In Part 1 and Part 2 of this experiment I still had some hopes that heat-pipe is ok and just activates at higher temperature. My hopes are gone now.
