Hi @vams2863, I also encountered the same issue.
Here is how you could solve it.
Edit the policy to allow both the IAM user cg-bilbo-vulnerable_lambda_CloudgoatID and Bilbo have the action sts:AssumeRole is allowed for both of them. :-)
