HEADACHE TIPS!!
Drink a glass of cold water.
Put an icecube in your mouth for however long feels good and push it to the roof of your mouth
Go in a dark dark room and close your eyes
Turn a fan on or get somewhere cool.
Take a break from computers
Stay away from perfumes or scented items
Wash your eyes out with cold water.

My theory is that it doesn’t really cure your headache but tricks you into thinking it actually did, like how when you swallow a pill, you feel that you’re already cured even though the pill hasn’t kick in yet.

My headache is totally gone. Thx bro. I've been reading the comments and all I can say rn is that some of them got themselves the headache from reading the hateful comments first, in other words they hypnotized themselves. it actually makes a difference if they watched the video first and followed each step, and then read the comments. plus what I think also helped was my cat laying in my lap.

First I go watch some cat videos then I get distracted from my headache AND TRY NOT TO REMEMBER WHY YOUR WATCHING CAT VIDEOS JUST WATCH THEM then After that (It takes like 10 minutes for it to cure) Just relax and take a break

Edit four years later: This only worked once. Don't follow this advice because I find that bright screens might hurt your eyes and make your headache worse. Just take two Advils, a warm shower, and sleep it off. Hope this works.

Not gum it can make your headache worse. Try to avoid chewing. Drink water it may help, or try wetting a washrag with cold water and put that on the back of your neck. Also avoid bright lights.

This actually helped my sinus headache for some reason.
I cant stand still my body keeps on twitching and I have this huge headache 🤕 idk even know why I want to tell my mum but she is asleep 💤 and I tried relaxing but I can’t I have an ice pack to try and numb the pain but I can’t it hurts so much 🤢🤕😷🤒😵🤬🤯
