Honestly, revisiting an update that is blast to the past feels amazing and gives alot of motivation such as 1.9, I absolutely LOVE the style for 1.9 levels. It just brings the nostalgia that I like about. Keep up the amazing work.

I’ve been doing a 1.9 level of my own actually. It’s a lot of fun, especially with keeping yourself within the restrictions of 1.9. Edit: i forgot to say that the tiny squares that you mentioned for the background absolutely DO need to come back, they look so good and they’re nostalgic af
This looks amazing! The feel of 1.9 is perfect. The only thing I'd add is filling the whole structures with the epic connected blocks (not just the top) and maybe adding a few pulsing squares into the black blocks.
I love the combination of colors that you used. Normally I don't think yellow and purple, orange and purple, or pink and brown work together. But you somehow find a way to make random colors fit in the best ways possible. Good job.

Also at 9:42 , u can copy paste the corner pieces and use free move and snap instead. I use these buttons alot specialy when u rotate something and its not aligned with the grid and its something I dont see a lot on your vids :).
I may join you in making a Sonic Level. I've wanted to know how earlier updates felt like to create and play, so your guidance will give me a lot of motivation to finish (along with MoldyMacaroniX's 1.0 only level)

free move is cool but i never use it because it doesnt snap to the smallestet editor space so decoration is harder
I think you should use the 1.9 GD Private Server to restrain yourself from things in the 2.1 editor, it helps alot actually.
The gdps’ rate standards are unironically higher than robtop’s
