At 10:15 my instinct is to always develop a new piece with check (bf4), but its often the incorrect move. I need to slow down and calculate which check is correct. In this case the knight check stops the king from running to c5

Btw about Nakhmanson popularity. There is a Russian channel Levitov chess where they have a lot of different content like exclusive interviews with Magnus, Karpov, Kasparov and so on. But the most popular video by a big margin is just a short game where GM Shimanov plays Nakhmanson. And btw he seems to watch your channel because he also mentioned beaver gambit

I remember a few months ago GothamChess and Hikaru made a list of a lot of the different openings and gambits. When they got down the list to the Nakhmanson, the following conversation took place-
Levy: Do you know the Nakhmanson?
    Hikaru: I'm not sure.
Levy: It goes like this (he played the first 3-4 moves)
Hikaru: Oh, right, this is the one from that Johnathan guy in Saint Louis.
I was in Twitch chat dying laughing. 😂😂
