Ffs the amount of people getting on his back for not speaking English. He does know English look at some of his previous interviews... but like most players he isn't confident in giving appropriate answers in english for an *interview* where he can't just say 'I am very Happy/good' but go deeper and explain what he was/is feeling.
But still though considering he’s been living in England for 7 years, you would expect him to be pretty fluent with the language.

I love how english people are complaining because De Gea speak spanish in this interview only because is more confident to answer in the best way, when british only speak and understand english when they are in Spain and every country ALL TIME refusing to learn the language, Gareth Bale is an example.

Obviously more comfortable speaking in Spanish - it's easier to understand a foreign language than to speak it

De gea would like to hear to Devil’s Metal by Death Angel for sure. Goes well when he is feeling during that beginning movement when he takes a dive to save. Feels adrenaline coming through him when the striker is running towards him. Then adrenaline increases his heartbeat at a much higher pace to the point of having the ability to slow down the moment to envision where to anticipate what to move. After seeing the striker shoot, he makes his move to use a limb to stop it. Once he stops it, he can breath to comeback to normal with no adrenaline going through but just relief.
