This is exactly why I took my Sam to r4, haven’t regretted it for a second. His bulwark interactions are the coolest interactions in game. And at r4, all low damage complaints disappear. The burst damage on basic attacks is so juicy

I've been asking, thank u. I like that Sam counters offensive ability accuracy, where falcon counters defensive. I think he will be my next r3. You've convinced me.
Utility and animations are great. But in act 8 health pools where I want to use his utility he takes so much time with the 600-700k health that it gets boring very fast
Offensive-things that the defender triggers when they hit you (shrug off, kinetic transference) Defensive-things that trigger when you hit the defender (biohazard)
I'm with ya, very cool champ that id like to rank up (may do for defensive purposes anyway) spewing his damage does seem to be lacking unless he has that mutant matchup. In saying that, more and more so these days we bring in counters specifically for fights.
The problem with Sam Wilson is all the things he does there others who also does the same thing but better and faster ,, But of course this is for fun everyone has their own likings
