Thelema is recognizing the piece of the godhead within yourself as your only possible savior and knowing no one can else can do that for you. Many Thelemites are followers of Christ's teachings. I suggest doing more research with an open mind and an understanding of the unity of all religions. :-)
@@Hieroglyphick If they were followers of Christ’s teachings they would have listened when He said “Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.” John 14:6 It is told to us that many on the Last Day will think they knew Christ: “Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works? And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity.” Matthew 7:22-23

Holy scripiture around the world says a lot of things, often with contradictory messages, because it is a reflection of the parallax of humanity. I read scripture instead through the multiplicity of archetypes and metapsychological charter myths than taking it all at face value as a direct access to a particular Truth which no else who doesn't believe like me can access. Like Meister Eckhart said, the theologians of the world will never uniamously agree, but the mystics will.

Whether you’re worshipping gods or spirits, all world religions agree that there is an overarching creation God, and there are lower-level gods which frequently go against the Creator of the world. These beings are real, and they gave humanity knowledge, wisdom, technology, and civilization. If you read the Book of Enoch and Genesis 6:4 you will understand that some of the sons of Elohim (the Watchers) signed a deal to come down to earth and reproduce with human women. These gods were then given rule over the nations after the Tower of Babel (Deu 32:8). That is why many cultures have different gods but similar worship. Unfortunately, these gods which were given rule over the nations lead them astray from the true Holy Spirit, and Elohim took for Himself a nation which He created from a barren womb (Abraham and Sarah). From this nation came the Seed which would put to shame the gods of the nations and make the Watchers quake (Yeshua). See Psalm 82
