Boltrix, you can watch the pop count of each tower to see if they did a "good job" or not, it's a great way to see wich tower did the most for your deffenses
It’s not the best way to see which one is the best tower depending on the order you also place your towers
@@jiayiliang5277 You just got to see how many pops it has before a tier 5 and then do the math afterwards. Looking at the pop count is literally the best way cause maps are small and you do not know who is doing what when they are all clumpt up.

the thing with camo detection on glaivelord is that his main attacks dont see camo, but the orbiting glaives can pop camo

When using primary towers upgrade top path village cause IT REALLY makes a difference and makes the primary’s (boomers) so much better
He really needs to learn the mechanics of the game I’m new to btb2 but have played btd6 since it came out and it’s hard to watch IMO
@Yama_amv no as a causal viewer who played btd3-6 it’s hard to watch . I did not claim I was a better player at btdb2 you said that.

I thought the spinning glaives on glaive lord shred anything that comes in distance. So you don't need camo detection for them but you need it for the glaive lord to detect and throw glaives. Could be wrong
That's right for BTD6. No idea for Battles 2, and the btdb2 section of the wiki is useless right now

Btd6 glave Lord requires camo detect to see camo but the glaves around him hit camo without camo detect but need bottom path to hurt leads which is prob true for btd battles 2
@@pitchblendeprotogen the wiki is hilarious in how useless it is, most of the articles are just copy pasted from btd6 and half of them are just straight wrong. I guess no ones had time to do the science or work out the exact stats yet.
The glavelord specializes on popping ceramics and below. Almost being a impenetrable wall against ceramics on even highest rounds if there's a good enough bend. But as I said before in battles 2 all that matters is if it can stall, buff, and pop late game moabs and balloons more than half of the tower upgrades not good and just ignore cuz. Let's be real the only ones that will buy something like a solver in late game is those with extra money or just want it cuz they want it.
he also succeed in popping large numbers of moabs and bfbs

For future reference, if you set the first Boomer near the same spot as yours as close to where the pond meets the left side of the track you can fit another below it without destroying the obstacle
he always do that in his earliest play on btd2. just messed up the placement on this vid
Glave lord is very good but position matters because the Levitating rangs matter and it shoots pretty fast!

I think a major problem of this game is that basicly only towers that are good against moab class bloons are actually good for lategame. Thats why certain t5 upgrades wont be any good bcs they are meant for massiv amounts of ceramics or so.
We need to have significantly stronger super-cerams.

yeah, a lot of these t5s are good in btd6 because of stuff like 76, 78, and super cerams, but it's almost useless in btdb2 because no one ever sends ceram rushes in the late game

Remember in btd battles 1 when turbo charge could hit camo? Ahh, the good old days.
For the glave lord the main attack isnt all that different than 3rd tier. Its the spinning glaves that make everything up to ddts dissapear (also they have infinite pierce so it is one of the best leak catchers if not the best). If you pay attention you can notice that when the moabs get close enough to the glave lord they dissapear.
You should have the Moab press on the other side of the glaive lord so that they hold within the ring

New meta spam spike storms and 50-50 whoever lags out first
You can actually change the hand that the boomer throws with which changes the direction which the boomerangs fly so that you can make him more effective in more places. You can change the hand he uses at the same place you change the targeting.
I've started using spike factory super and tack and it's been working really well in moab pit

it was the first tier 5 i got in bloons 6 but it was before the buffs and it was pretty useless but i still love it 😅
idk if this is true, but i think the glaives around the glaive lord were inspired by this one zelda breath of the wild glitch that let you have boomerangs spinning around you
The glave lord completeley destroys fortified ceramics.
Bro before those Kylie’s, they touched his circle rangas even the fortified BFBs and it literally popped them in 1 second
IMO the best way to send Bads at the end is a little more spaced. The Master Bomber and 520 sniper have Aoe damage. I count like 6 seconds in between, so the nose barely doesn't touch the tail. The first two you sent were just devastated, and the 3rd and 4th were almost dead at the like 1/3 point in the map. Usually 5 BAD spaced well can kill most sniper

I beat someone who was using meta to get into MOAB pit earlier using Dartling, Spike factory and super, he all outed me with bAD’s so I sold everything and sent him as many DDT’s as I could and he could handle it
on dino grave yard u should remove both skeletons because the one in the middle also blocks the boomer when it trys to ricoche
note a better alternative when late game would be super monkey instead of spike mines when you use that with moab press it’s actually op and then you have 2 stalls
Just hit lead dungeon (40 trofees) with dartling, spike factory and super monkey. You should also try this, around 5 to 10 2-0-3 supermonkeys van destroy BAD's

Also i think next time you need to put glaive lord closer to the start because I think most moabs were getting popped by spike factory so we werent able to see glaives lords true power
I forgot the balloon boost in my last game except my opponent countered and won once my MAD ability ran out and I couldn’t sell and re buy it ;(
dartling spike factory boat is op (make sure you have the middle path 4tier boat upgrade and the 4th tier bottom path boat upgrade) and u also make alot of money out lots of eco with the boat 4th tier bottom path

One of the worst feels: I’m in white wasteland and I’ve been playing since season one so I have tack zone so I play against my brother but he kinda sucks at going late game and he always rushes me with leads and calls it eco

boomer is one of my main and favourite towers, but it confusesme that MOAR glaives makes middles path crosspath useless as all that does is speed the attack up, and im pretty sure as soon and you hit buy MOAR glaives it shoots that same speed as when you go bottom path and at that point youve basically gave up lead popping power for nothing

@@Shadowphoenix_11 youre mostly right, red hot rangs is better for moar glaives but going faster rangs does give it very fast attack speed, almost as much as a bionic boomerang.
the 5 tiwer boomrang is not bad its just that the 3 glaives surrounding it are the thing that does the dmg
for glaive lord go bottom path since it does 1 extra peirce plus hit leads

Idk how good it would work too late in, but fortified ZOMGs or BADs, let them push a bit, and then fortified DDTs to full rush after everything soaks up a ton of damage works sometimes against meta depending on when and how you rush and if enemy has to much defense, but I personally beat meta with it once so if someone wants to try and see if it can turn into a real meta counter hmu 😂👍

Only his glaives have camo detection. His main attack doesn't detect camos without a village

Bolt I have an insane strategy that I want you to try out. It is boomerang, sub, supermonkey. It is super good and I have had a bunch of wins with it.
Should’ve upgraded bottom path of village before upgrading spike factory to make upgrades cheaper
obyn actually has a smaller box than boomer. So obyn is easier to place in small places.
Hey boltrix I been watching you for like a year so I think you should try to replace village with ninja he can help detect camos at upgrade 0.2.0 and you can also use mage he can uncamo balloons at 0.0.3 upgrade

hey bolt, here's a tip: instead of starting off by sending reds and going for a 3-2-0 boomer, try sending blues and going for a 3-0-2 boomer. you might leak but a 3-0-2 boomer is WAY better in the long run, it usually can solo up until grouped pinks along with obyn. just play wisely with your money at rounds 1 and 2 and you'll be fine

I just noticed you don't get the village discount on towers that have been placed before the upgrade. So your 30,000 upgrade wasn't reduced by 20% meaning you spent $6,000 more than you could have

Its power i would say that the boomerang shooter is almost the same power as an archmage.
I thought 3-2-0 boomer is better because it fires faster. No lead hits but I’ve been getting several 3-2-0 for speed pops, and then only one or two 3-0-2 for the lead detection. Thoughts anyone? Why is he saying 3-0-2 is better?
Boomerang is a dog water tower. His early-game is out classed by dartling, is mid-game is just non existent besides moab press which is okay at best, and late game is just trash due to no camo detection for DDT's and terrible Bad Balloon damage. A good replacement could be Sniper or Ninja, but personally I think you need more late game damage so I suggest to go with Super. Obviously its up to you but thats my personal opinion and im just trying to help :)
Also if you have an top path alchemist/middle path village in range of boomer, a 5-2-0 is better than a 5-0-2
Hey, I started BTD 2 2 days ago and I have a TON of progress and know metas. I don't need beginner tips, since I know from my friend but I have all things to T3 yet and I'm in Yellow Stadium too. Just asking, how do you automatically send loons like your eco was increasing when you were not even touching the send loon button.
It was killing me to see the obstacle swallow the boomers Glaives almost the whole game..

Hey so how do you make it so you are sending the balloons while doing other things on the map?
There is definitely better maps to use this on and also the two ricochet crosspaths are equal except range and ability to pop leads and frozen infact you could argue that the middle path is better because against a odd level of balloons, for example greens and pinks, the middle path takes them out faster.
