IE is definitely better for barrel damage--if we're talking about Navori's utility regarding his other skills, that's valid, but raw barrel damage, IE is the best and it's not even close.

Yup u're right.
Navori has a smoother build path and an earlier spike with much less dependance on crit. The closer u get to 100%, the better IE performs.
In a 5 second fight, IE will outdamage Navori at anything above 60% crit. In an extended fight, Navori will outdamage IE at any % crit. The opportunity cost of Navori is huge because missing barrels with Navori hurts less than missing with IE since u get 2, 3 and some times 4 more barrels going Navori
