whats the meaning of immediately trigger cytoplasmic division .......

after when the nucleus divides, cytoplasm also divides to form 2 different cells. but in this case only nucleus divides into 8 after which they rearranged themselves. thus cytoplasmic division didn't happen immediately after nuclear division
