I love how each “No” comes as if it’s a direct response to his pleading for someone to understand him. He’s being open an honest, asking whoever this person is to give him another chance, and his only response is a plain, painful… almost mocking “No.” This version really elevates this helpless feeling of… solitude.

Part beginning from 0:47 is almost a fantastic movie soundtrack….when the main character realises something profound or found something profound just as the villain did…..something like that
This song makes me imagine a man who's been through rough time all his life, and he's preparing himself to face the biggest challenge of his life, but now, he knows that he's capable of going through it.
My younger brother aged 17, committed suicide in December 2023, and this song feels exactly how I felt when we found out he has died. It's like being pushed very harshly against nothing, just to air. It is genuine horror, your body goes into shock state. I thought we would never stop crying. I wish I could have prevented it. I wish I made him feel better, I wish I made it clear how loved and lovely he is. The pain is strong.
This is one of the best ballads I have heard in a very, very long time. The lyrics, the steady, pulsating, sometimes swelling beat, the overall melancholy and sadness and yet so simple. Masterful. Full of grief but also hope.
Yeah this is how I felt looking at the majesty and horror of that 3 mile high wave. Both when I could first tell it was actually a wave and when the camera was pointing straight up at the top from the bottom. It's also perfect for the second while entering Gargantua where he realized there was no going back, only forward, and he had no idea or control over what that meant.
This song depresses me a lot and makes me really sad. It makes me imagine myself alone and abandoned in a huge and detached world where humanity now exists but is lost, a world where in the destruction of nature, culture and tradition, the man is no longer interested in anything and is totally mentally subjugated by a too much advanced technology In this imaginary world there is no longer hope.
From all the comments, it’s fair to say this song has some really powerful emotional vibes to it. Some empowering, some sad, and all put together in one intertwined emotion. The Brass riffs behind the “ No” , very interstellary. I feel like I found a life hack through this song. Love to everyone ❤
Perfect for the finale of a season of a show with a time travelling or a space travelling plot. Two of the main leads are now separated seemingly forever by infinite distances of time and space. One of them maybe discovers a hidden pathway or opens a gate. Part of them knows there’s no going back but they need to see what’s beyond the portal. The beauty of time and space are laid out in front of them.
@@AshleyMBearno not really, in fact for as beautiful as it is interstellar is often overhyped as being apex “sci fi”. And this is coming from someone who loves interstellar. No in my mind this would be starting in a familiar setting but then sprawls out the lengths of time and space
This feels like a realization right before you die. You look back at your memories and see how everything turned out at the end. Imagine if it didn't turn out exactly how you wanted it to be, now you're just dying while looking back at everything. 2:02 this is where your life flashes, every person, every scenery, every scent, every taste, you witnessed it all. 3:18 this is where you finally start to close your eyes as tears fell down on your cheeks, then you see a light, you followed it as it takes you.
Feels like you are exploring the magical aura of the unexplored universe with a glance of golden shine drizzling on your iris and giving you an apocalyptic and a soothing vibe at the same time

To add to your vision. You wake up and the “Metal Curtian” slowly opens to reveal the planet with the sun behind it. Bright beam of light starts shine over the sleepers face from left to right or top to bottom
I used to listen this music at my lowest times when i was younger. So weird how could this song give me a sentiment of hope and despair at the same time, i don’t really know how to explain it clearly but each time i was listening it, i was feeling so empty and alone but on the other side,so good of feeling it. I found this song recently thanks to youtube algorithm and listening it 4 years after this harsh period still gives me a complicated feeling, swinging between nostalgia and bitterness. But one thing for sure, I will always remember this melody because it had and still have such an impact on me
This sounds like if you were lost in space sitting there with no communications back to home and you’re the only one left sitting, looking into the abis, thinking about your past and your love ones, friends and enemies. Knowing these are your final moments. While the oxygen tank in your shop is running low, you hear the distant sound of the radio or communications buzzing trying to find a signal. You sit back while one tear runs down your face and you close your eyes as you slowly start to notice it’s getting hard to breath and you think of your mom and dad and brother or sisters; whoever you had back at home, thinking if they are worried. You take your last breath and wait for the inevitable death that awaits you and think about where you will end up if there is an afterlife or if it’s just blank nothing ness.
This gives me the feeling of a realization that the hero is actually been the villain all along and doesn’t want to believe it and struggles with it until he can’t take it anymore
Somewhere Back in time I left a part of me I wanna see if you can try To bring it back to me You've got to go Where I cry And take in all the tears I wanna see if you can try Drink a little bit of me No No Just a little lonely Where I am Take me back in time I wanna see if you can smile If I become a better man I need you Now I know Just give me one more chance I'm gonna try and be your friend So we can beat the end No No No No
People keep saying this song sounds like despair, but it sounds more like hope. Sure, it might have this eerie feel to it, but the way it sounds feels like it's only the beginning, and that there's something coming, slowly but surely entering in the horizon, not knowing what it is. As if something bad happened, but when all hope is lost, a spark of light can be still seen.

This song is INSANE to listen to while high. Something about the undulating drone in the background just makes you feel like your head is throbbing. I didn't realize how heavy this song was until I listened to it under influence. It feels like the weight of the world is pressing down on you, or that you're being crushed by gravity. Perhaps even the final moments before an entire planet comes down on you. I think gravity is the word for me, personally. Especially when the drone starts to crescendo, its inescapable. Truly understand why its called "Solitude." It feels like the final moments before death.
2:02 This part is where it impacts me the most, all the build up in the music, the vocals, and everything tied together creates such a mix of feelings for me.

Surprised how long I had to scroll to find this comment. The first time I heard this, I was high, and it's so beautifully spacious. It's such a powerful song, and is one of the best I've heard while high.
This makes me imagine someone walking down the streets of a futuristic, dystopian type city while its raining with neon lights and holograms lighting up the area. showing both the immense beauty and destruction the human race has done to the world
Just excatly what Imagined, though when 2:00 hits, the city lights start to close slowly, and the city becomes abandoned and it becomes extremely dusty and a light rises from the end of the horizon wiping everything off existence.
"Wake up! Wake up! Please, don't leave me!" A voice so familiar screaming, begging you to wake up. You see red and blue circling behind your eyelids. You can feel yourself drowning in your own mind and blood as the minutes go by. The screams fade away and so do the red and blue lights that were once so vibrant. Everything stops after a few seconds. Suddenly you open your eyes. You look around, finding yourself in a place that almost resembles a void. A few feet away from you, there is a dim light. It captivates you and you walk over to it. In front of you there is a small beamer on a table. You turn it on. You are introduced with illustrations of your life. The pictures staining an invisible wall shows you every person you ever loved. After a few minutes of shock and confusion, you then realize that you are dead. You can feel a tear roll down your cheek as more and more pictures of your life appear and disappear in seconds. The panic and denial soon overwhelms you and you wake up again. This time, in your bed. Just a nightmare. You then question yourself if that's how death is like; watching your life go by in pictures brought to you by a beamer in an empty void for eternity.
Your final moments are your historic moments, and how you wish to use them shall determine your legacy, your reputation, everything you have known. Will be seen in your last words. So make them worth while, because it will be the last.
This remix is spectacular. It evokes feelings of Kubrick's 2001. It's rare for a song to cause repeated bouts of goosebumps, but this one delivers in spades.
The vibe this gives me is terrible, I feel alone, sad, with no one to help me, but I love it, because it also makes me powerfull and ready to fight something bigger than me
For me this song makes me visualize cosmic horror. A horror so out of my human comprehension that I can't only contemplate it, I feel relatively calm cause there's nothing I can do about it, it absolutely surpasses me, so I just sit and try to just imagine the consequences.
Well, you discovered something fundamental that also visits us in meditation, drug use and other extreme states of mind. In my world, that horror equals non-existance. Much better to know then to suppress it. It is the big opposite. It is what makes existence, connection, experiences and feelings have meaning. Non-existance only works balanced with existance and connection, so I hope you also feel those as well from time to time. All is one :)

This song means eveyrything to me at the moment. I wholly relate to it. The sadness. The loneliness. The growing rage. This is the first time i'm getting the "It's been made for me" feeling. I'm not sure whether it's a good thing or not. But i'm still here for it.

Yup......that has been my reaction FOR DECADES NOW........FOR EACH AND EVERY CREATION FROM M83
This song makes me imagine a man who's been through rough time all his life, and he's preparing himself to face the biggest challenge of his life, but now, he knows that he's capable of going through it.
M83's music is so easy to reconize but at the same time, it always feels new.

Sorry for your loss.
I'm so sorry for your loss 😢 hope you and your family feel better soon

I’m sorry for your loss. Hugs

For me this song is like trying to remember the last time I felt happy and loved, the memory is so far away that it's fading as time passes.
0:53 this part just makes me stare at the wall and rethink my life. It‘s absolutely stunning
This is one of the best ballads I have heard in a very, very long time.
The lyrics, the steady, pulsating, sometimes swelling beat, the overall melancholy and sadness and yet so simple.
Masterful.
Full of grief but also hope.
This song fits so perfectly with Interstellar, it literally feels like the movie.
This is more Bladerunner tbh
I was literally trying to find this song in the interstellar soundtrack
@@HerrinSchadenfreudeExact! I assure you that song played in my head when that scene came out, literally.
it fits Oppenheimer perfectly bro.
This song depresses me a lot and makes me really sad.
It makes me imagine myself alone and abandoned in a huge and detached world where humanity now exists but is lost, a world where in the destruction of nature, culture and tradition, the man is no longer interested in anything and is totally mentally subjugated by a too much advanced technology
In this imaginary world there is no longer hope.
Right at 2:00 i can't tell if i should be scared, happy, anxious, depressed, faded, drunk, rolling, or tripping super hard on acid
tripping super hard on acid :)
Probably all 8
It's up to your choice bro.
this feels like a trick question on akahoot where either none of the answers are correct or they all are
From all the comments, it’s fair to say this song has some really powerful emotional vibes to it. Some empowering, some sad, and all put together in one intertwined emotion. The Brass riffs behind the “ No” , very interstellary. I feel like I found a life hack through this song. Love to everyone ❤
Yes
Sad
This song hits my mind and creativity more creative than my emotions
Perfect for the finale of a season of a show with a time travelling or a space travelling plot. Two of the main leads are now separated seemingly forever by infinite distances of time and space. One of them maybe discovers a hidden pathway or opens a gate. Part of them knows there’s no going back but they need to see what’s beyond the portal. The beauty of time and space are laid out in front of them.
So Interstellar? Lol
😂
@@AshleyMBearno not really, in fact for as beautiful as it is interstellar is often overhyped as being apex “sci fi”. And this is coming from someone who loves interstellar.

3:18 this is where you finally start to close your eyes as tears fell down on your cheeks, then you see a light, you followed it as it takes you.

i havent discovered this track until now, IM ADDICTED , its full of melacnholy, mystery, love - i watched a shorts video when this was used to highlight the unevitable aging process of well-known celebrities....it really fitted well to the content of the video, the celebrities were Val Kilmer, Benedetta Barzini, and Jean Michael Vincent...coupled with this beatiful track....
Same here, just now, watched the same video and had to search the song right away!

I found this song recently thanks to youtube algorithm and listening it 4 years after this harsh period still gives me a complicated feeling, swinging between nostalgia and bitterness.

In space tear wont run down. It'll stay glued with your eyes and some drops will float in side helmet.

Bro you got poetic with it 😂❤

Just excatly what Imagined, though when 2:00 hits, the city lights start to close slowly, and the city becomes abandoned and it becomes extremely dusty and a light rises from the end of the horizon wiping everything off existence.
This song makes me feel like I’m in a movie when I have my headphones on and I lay on my bed staring at the ceiling in deep thought
"Wake up!
This is deep😢

For me this song makes me visualize cosmic horror. A horror so out of my human comprehension that I can't only contemplate it, I feel relatively calm cause there's nothing I can do about it, it absolutely surpasses me, so I just sit and try to just imagine the consequences.
Ooof !!
