Ik there a shit ton a fics that tell the story like this but, I find it extremely hard to believe Rias didn't know the Fallen Bitch (forgot her name). Issei is a "healthy" male teen if she approached him or was straight he'd be fine. I'd personally would write him more subdued. Not like the classic emo, but just more... You know what I mean, right?😅
