will this one is good in tier like 8.3 or 8.4 cuz the dmg i high you know but the other one is good at even 6.1 or 6.2 cuz of soldier armor cuz full stack soldier armor give you 95% or 96% bonus ability dmg with face breaker :D
Well it's actually like that due to it being so powerful but yet it's still powerful. It doesn't need a buff or a rework in fact it still needs a nerf :p

Thats true, but since its still cloth armor I dont think the heal nerf from offhand is too bad.
will no cuz it heals you 7.5% every 1 sec and the duration is 4.5 sec so no if dose not nerf it :D
