From experience the *absolute* fastest method is this For starters have this build: (Ki DMG CaC with 10+ ki bars, preferably Frieza Race CaC with specifically golden) Super Soul: I hope you’re reborn as someone good this time (found in item shop, gives full ki upon kill) Super 1: Spammy move of choice (I recommend Handy Canon, Bending Kamehameha, or Vanishing Ball) Super 2: Assault Vanish (SSGSS Gogeta’s move that teleports you to the opponent) Super 3: God Breaker Counter (Just in case, not required) Super 4: Burst Charge Ult 1: doesn’t matter Ult 2: Angry Explosion RECOMMENDED: you put Angry Explosion and Assault Vanish in the same button, either Y/Triangle or X/Square Step 2: Go to parallel Quest 23: The Explosion of Namek ONLY select your character and no teammates for they can and will get in the way with this method Step 3: Kill frieza as fast as possible, upon killing him you will be given full Ki due to the SS, I suggest you transform after getting this Ki because you have just enough time to go Golden before a cutscene plays Step 4: after transforming, 3 Time Patrollers will show up, you must click Assault Vanish as FAST AS POSSIBLE that way you lock onto them, it will auto-lock you on upon using the move Step 5: as soon as you can, use and hold down Angry Explosion until all enemies are K.O’d, your ki will refill after every kill so 9 times out of 10 it’ll go perfectly. Step 6: LASTLY upon killing the 3rd and final time patroller, you can actually click Up D-Pad to activate the PQ menu, after clicking Up D-pad you HAVE TO pause or else the mission will end, however because the PQ menu is open during the pause, you may still read the “items obtained” in the bottom right much like how Burcol shows at 10:51 It may take some time to get down but I can take a clip if needed for an example. With this method you can get 1-3 Dragon balls in under a minute
I have a female saiyan build that gets me through parallel quest 23 in 25 seconds (My fastest was 20 seconds but it always averages out to 25 seconds if it all goes well). The super moves I use are bending kamehameha and burst charge. The ultimates I use are gigantic explosion and final explosion. The transformation used it super saiyan blue evolution. My stats are maxed out ki damage, around 9 bars of ki, and 10 stamina bars. The trick is to transform into blue immediately using the super souls “a monster? No I am a devil” to knock back frieza so you can go for a limit burst for super armor. While frieza is hitting you, use gigantic explosion to kill him in one go and as soon as he’s dead, use burst charge to get up to 3 bars of ki to use final explosion immediately after the time patroller’s appear. Sometimes you’ll be able to get all 3 in one go and sometimes one will be too far for final explosion to hit. Also if frieza doesn’t run up to you as soon as you transform, just let him fly to you while you guard so you can go into gigantic explosion when he’s close enough.
@@wesleywalker40 before the dlc instead of gigantic explosion I used to just spam bending kamehameha after transforming, limit burst, then a stamina. You could try that in the meantime, I think it averaged around 35 seconds per run give or take
@@roqueloza4829 CPU’s ruin the run for pq 23 because it makes frieza and the patrollers focus on them instead of you and you need frieza to go after you for a sub 30 second run. Otherwise that’s pretty good for the other pq’s
PQ 79 I would occasionally get 2 Dragonballs from the first & last Time Patroller fight. I'd say the 3 minutes is worth the chance of getting multiple Dragonballs. Plus the quest is easy with the right build.
Actually, as of today i got a six star Dragon ball, and Two star dragon ball from PQ 23, So it's confirmedly possible On Both PQ's. I dunno if the rate at which it happens would theoretically be higher with PQ 79, But i feel 23 is very fast and consistent. when you use the final explosion tactic correctly, all you basically do is beat freiza who's at a low level and you basically never lose to him.
The fastest way to get all 7 dragon balls is by having an open character slot creating a new character beating the first mission then going to orange star high and talking to a girl npc named Sanud(i think) She will you give a free dragon ball wonce you beat her then delete that character and repeat the process

Great Ape Festival is the best cuz of the passive Zeni you stack up while farming for Dragon Balls. Second fastest method for Dragon Balls but best method overall because you're actually doing 2 farms in one. 3 farms if you use the mission to gain xp, too, as it's a decently high mission.
Anybody else find it *REALLY obnoxiously annoying* that the "I want to grow" wish (the one that gives 1 level) becomes inaccessible after level 99!? Would have made this absurd grinding way less time consuming. Also has anyone noticed how they haven't rebalanced the required exp for older levels? Level 99 takes just under 44 million exp while level 100 takes just over 400K exp. Level 121 is also cheaper than level 120 (I don't have the numbers for this one though) the way they're doing this is kinda weird all like _/|_/|_/|_/|_/|_/| (if this diagram makes any sense at all...) Just up and back down again like a heart rate monitor. Following this pattern level 140 being just over 7.8 million, level 141 when they increase it again will probably be close to 2 million. It is just bizarre the way they're doing this.
I mean, it makes sense. If the xp til the next level kept increasing, I wouldn’t want to grind it lol. It’s to keep you playing and it’s kind of refreshing.
@@AnteDez I wasn't necessarily complaining about it just saying that it's a weird way to do it. I've never seen any other game have exp requirements that move in zigzags before. Also baffled at the titanic requirement difference between level 99 and level 100. You'd think that they would greatly reduce the 81-99 requirement instead of just haphazardly stapling the new vastly lower effort levels awkwardly on the end of it. The way it's going even if the new levels start off cheaper by the end they get crazy expensive, makes me wonder if the implied and eventual level 199 will surpass the original level 99's 44 million? They'll need to add new (hopefully playable offline) expert missions that give *VASTLY higher* exp rewards for that to be even remotely fair. It sure as hell wasn't back during the original grind but at least the dragon balls were useful back then.
A cool thing happened while I was farming the dragon balls. I ended up getting all of them one by one in order from 1 to 7. I know yall prolly don’t care, but I was just wondering what the odds of this happening? Did I just get happen to have 1 in a million luck or and I just being over dramatic?
Recently found one that works better (for me). Forgot the PQ number, but its a 4 Star one called “Let‘s Train“, or something along those lines. The mission basically starts in the Sky stage with a group of Time Patrollers in front of you from the get go. Start, talk with them, beat them, and if you don’t get the key item, immediately go to the menu & restart. It’s similar to PQ4, with the exception that you don’t need to fight anyone beforehand & don’t need to wait for that portal activation cutscene. Alternatively, you can also do the 4 Star Ginyu Force PQ. You start at the Capsule Corp stage for that one. Personally prefer fighting in the Sky stage, but it’s, like I said, just personal preference. Neither mission is hard (4 Star), and if you don’t get the key item, you don’t have to walk back up to the PQ robot, select quest & character, and wait through 2-3 loading screens like with PQ23. You can just keep restarting until you get it, and THEN finish the mission.
I honestly think it’s between the Great Ape Fest and The Explosion of Planet Namek. If you’re missing 4 or more dragon balls, I’d go GAF. If you’re missing just like one or two, EoPN.

Super Soul: I hope you’re reborn as someone good this time (found in item shop, gives full ki upon kill)
Super 1: Spammy move of choice (I recommend Handy Canon, Bending Kamehameha, or Vanishing Ball)
Super 2: Assault Vanish (SSGSS Gogeta’s move that teleports you to the opponent)
Super 3: God Breaker Counter (Just in case, not required)
Super 4: Burst Charge
Ult 1: doesn’t matter
Ult 2: Angry Explosion
RECOMMENDED: you put Angry Explosion and Assault Vanish in the same button, either Y/Triangle or X/Square
Step 2: Go to parallel Quest 23: The Explosion of Namek
ONLY select your character and no teammates for they can and will get in the way with this method
Step 3: Kill frieza as fast as possible, upon killing him you will be given full Ki due to the SS, I suggest you transform after getting this Ki because you have just enough time to go Golden before a cutscene plays
Step 4: after transforming, 3 Time Patrollers will show up, you must click Assault Vanish as FAST AS POSSIBLE that way you lock onto them, it will auto-lock you on upon using the move
