This is such a beautiful technique and I can see how freeing it is where you can just flow and paint. It is such a gift to be able to discover and play with new ways of movement, paints and let the mind experience new ways of percieving and inviting new energy into the body exposing more layers. Like fractals of yourself glowing and shinning. This painting has a lovely glow. Thank you for sharing your art, beauty and new ways to grow with all of us. Out flows such inspiration and bravery in letting us be apart of your journey Sara. The colors are so autumny and soft and have such an inviting depth about them. I Love this painting. 💛💚💜💖 Have a wonderful October weekend.

❤️❤️Lucy, as always, thank you so much for your beautiful words! You always lift me up, and what you have to say, is so authentic and articulate. Today was a beautiful October day, filled with soccer, raking, leaves, and cooking, such a good life. Thanks for being one of my greatest supporters.

Absolutely spectacular, Sara! It was so mesmerizing to watch you create this piece. It was so interesting watching the paint or pigments flee from the GAC and the pebeo moon. I love the end result of the pebeo acting like foam on the water. The effects are outrageously cool! I think I could play with a painting like this until it all dried up. But who am I kidding, I usually work a painting until it's too dry to do anymore 😏😁. As soon as you said it, a light bulb went off in my head. It does remind me of alcohol ink. I love the look of alcohol ink paintings. So much so that I just bought my first set. Thank you for sharing this, Sara! I feel like I can start a whole new adventure with acrylics. It's very exciting! This is going to be a big seller for you. It is so you! You place the bold colors stragically and then have the ethereal softness flowing out from your bold colors. Too fun and wonderful! Well, I'm off to watch you GAC magic videos. 😊🍁🍂🍁🍂🍁

Tara, I’m so happy you liked this! It’s definitely a different direction but so invigorating. I started off on this direction a while back and felt like I never fully explored it. This medium is really helping achieve the concept. I hope you like the GAC magic videos as well, I think you’ll find some similar concept in them and I’m happy that it’s inspiring!❤️❤️

OMG 😍😍😍! this is like going back to what i loved doing with watercolors but going up several levels, keeping colors more separated and many more possibilities! and of course you master the colors, the composition and everything needed to make a very beutiful painting with it. Love the final piece! ❤

I to have always been enamored with watercolors! However, acrylics are my first love. I have curiosity and respect for alcohol ink, however, I don't like the toxicity of that medium. I think this is a great solution and it's really fun to play with. Thank you so much!

I'm surprised you didn't know about the High Flow Medium before, but its awesome you found it! Golden should contract you to do the video tutorials for their website. Hello wonderful lady, I’ve not been very well and hadn’t seen your latest uploads until today. It’s so good to be able to relax and watch you paint.
I love the concept behind this, I too love the effect of alcohol ink. I love that they’re crisp, yet soft at the same time. The acrylic wasn’t as sharp but it created lovely layers.
I loved what the Pebeo moon did, creating incredible fractals, that really was stunning to watch…like washing up liquid on vegetable oil!
I love the final piece Sara, there is always a recognisable aura about your work that shouts, ‘I’m a Sara Taylor’.❤
Very interesting technique, I’m looking forward to seeing if you play with this a bit and what effects you’re going to create. 🌈🌻

@@SaraTaylorbless you, thank you. 🙏🏻 Sadly the cancer has progressed again and my options of treatment are reducing quickly. Ultimately, I have to be realistic and face that I may not have long left now. However, I’m not going to focus on that, I’m going to enjoy my days, months (years if there’s a miracle cure) with my loved ones and continue to spread love. I’m anxious but watching you paint, following the channels I love and time out in nature help so much. Never underestimate what your work brings to people Sara, to me, it’s literally peace. Thank you for that. 🙏🏻🌻🌻🌻❤️

It’s amazing watching all of the different reactions along the way to the end result. I was feeling stagnant with pour painting and kind of going the opposite way with less fluid, more texture and layers of paint, using unusual tools for textures and loving it. It’s so rewarding and relaxing to journey into new artistic ventures. Thank you for sharing.

Iwas playing with using the airbrush medium in sort of a similar way as I was told by an artist acrylic paint with airbrush medium creates “high flow” . Always good to try new things. The end result is too fussy and colour blended for me, and without a focal point or strong lines. But I suppose that's how water colours are meant to be. Others like it, so it must just be a matter of taste.
