    Sir I think in 3 case
    The
    HP1 - DLO - 219800
    HP2 - SO - (30000)
    HP3 - SO. - (170000)✓ (175000)×
    TAXINC. - 19800✓. 14800×
    Because 2HP self occupied any one HP eligible for 2lac deduction limit then such deduction will given in aggregate in respect of 2 self occupied HP

    Sir option 3 Mai max 2 lakh hi deduction total for sop but u have deducted 30000 and 175000

    37:31 In option number 3, the aggregate interest exceeds 2,00,000 so how can we take them for calculation, the final amount should be 19,800 not 24,800

    Sir agr teen property hai aur teeno ke liye alg alg loan liya hai loan taken for purchase of houses. To sir sabki mila ke ₹200000 hogi SO mein limit ya individual house ki hogi 2 lakh. Module mein illustration no. 49 hai usmein teeno ka mila kr 200000 limit li hai.

      3 mei se bas 2 hi Self occupied hoti and the 3rd one will be deemded let out... for the 3rd one we will get the full 2,00,000 interest deduction
      while the other 2 will be SOP and their Aggregate interest limit is 2,00,000
      however to determine which one to SO and DLO we will have to calculate and find option which is giving the least income from HP

    Sir agar self occupied property me interest on borrowed me 200000/30000 k lia condition fullfill hua hai ya nahi ..agar nahi bataya hai to kya assume karna hi

    1st loan for construction and int is 70,000
    2nd loan for repair and int is 150000 .
    To deduction 70k ka milega or max 2 lakh ???

    37:01 sir in option 3 , as the total int of HP2& HP3 is 2,05,000 and in video no #87 you had told that we have to take total deduction of int on borrowed capital of 2,00,000 if loan is for repair and for construction??

    Sir I have a doubt in illustration 9 HP3 is completed on 1.4.2014. but money was borrowed on july 2016 how is it possible to assume that it is for construction purpose .
    I think assuming it for repair is correct as construction is already completed.
    Please clarify my doubt. 🤔

    Municipal valuation -330000
    Fair rent - 380000
    Standard rent p.a. 375000
    Municipal taxes -6%

      Interest at concessional rate to employees pe deduction milega.
      Interest free loan pe deduction nhi milta😊😊

    Sir in last ques when we take H1 as DLO and H2 &H3 as SO
    Loan is taken for repair of H2 and purchase of H3.
    Then the limit of Interest deductible must be only ₹ 2'00'000 but not ₹1'75'000 + ₹ 30'000

    As (6:15) the aggregate limit of two SOP is ₹200000 then at any cost the limit will not exceed 2lakh right
    Then (37:45) in this problem option 3 the limit is in aggregate is 2.05 lakh?
    So I am just confuse here😢

      It should have been 2 lakhs. In book, it's 2 lakhs only. Sir wrongly wrote it 2.05 lakhs.

      Self Occupied ki calculation NAV se hi start hoti hai. So no deduction of municipal taxes
