Shia Khabardar - Farhan Ali Waris City - Scam? - Youm-e-Ali

Farhan Ali Waris City is a society being built on the same M-9 motorway adjoining Karachi and Hyderabad in Pakistan. Farhan Ali Waris is a shia noha khuwan famous within the community and outside of it as well. Farhan Ali Waris also has global shia fanbase who really like his dedication and work for the religion.
Taking the benefit of his fandom he has made the mistake of releasing a society with his own name in the middle of nowhere, basically a dessert which is M-9 Motorway. Where dozens of undelivered societies have been nothing more than merely a scam, for example, Al-Muntazir Garden where Molana Shahenshah Naqvi can be seen inaugurating the society by Parsham Kushai. Al-Muntazir garden is an illegal society who have robbed the shia community of their hard earned money and now Farhan Ali Waris is planning to do the same kind of scam because deliverance is not necessary out of nowhere. Considering other undelivered societies where people have seen no profit I would name Al-Qaim Housing Society, Al Baqi, Gulshan e Bholari.
Apart from that the same motorway has Bahria Town Karachi which is liveable, DHA CITY ASF CITY Commander city Gulmohar city. Considering this much vast supply it is impossible evidently that an investor or end user plot will ever come in profit.

UN's report tells that World population is declining but Pakistan's population is increasing and this trend will continue for more than 35-40 years after that pakistan's population will begin declining. Besides, this fact you are right that there is jungle of societies without any development. People would 100% loose their money if they invest there, besides DHA and bahria (even these are in loss nowadays).
