I ordered the pan and the spatula. Thank you for this great recipe. I have a question. I want to order a pretty square cake stand to put this cake on. Would love one with a tall dome to accommodate this large cake. Can you tell me approximately how tall this cake bakes up or the depth of the square tube pan? I went back and looked at the website and all I see is that it's 18 cups but no dimensions.
I just measured my pan and what I feel would be the approximate height of the cake and I’d say around 7 inches. It makes the most beautiful pound cake I’ve ever made. And it’s delicious!
