betancourt auto sales reviews
g.co/kgs/dgDwQnC
The 1 star reviews are only the people who chose to come back and report. They are many more who were scammed.
If it were me, and i could afford the repairs, and i felt the mechanic was trustworthy, i would fix the van, and try to sue the car dealership in small claims court.
Yeah thats what i plan to do. The car according to the mechanic was unsafe to drive from the beginning. The dealer took until after the radiator was fixed and they started working on the engine to offer a refund. This whole thing is stressful the least i can leave the situation with is a reliable vehicle.
I thank u for bringing this to light 💡 this will help so many people not get scammed 😩😩😩
Gurllll I’m going through the same thing bought a car and they lied to me about having a warranty sold me a car with a bad transmission now I’m suing them! Periodddddddd
Yes! Go to a trusted mechanic or 3 of them and get an estimate on repairs then sue them for selling you a car that is unsafe to drive! I will be posting an update soon!
Ty for posting thissss 😩😩
Contact the Attorney Generals Office in your city. Check and file a claim against them with the Better Business Breau.
Repair the car. You will know the car is fixed and that will give you peace of mind.❤
Thank you for your input 💜
I got nothing but love for you my sister! Haters are gonna be what they are! HATERS!
Peace and good vibes! New subscriber!
Thank you! I appreciate your support! 💜
Trust your feelings.. your intent is stability with longevity.. take the steps for your future .. look at this like a bump in the road. The best revenge is to be happy and healthy. Going through the court system can be a great learning experience that hopefully never has to be repeated. Remember how much you initialy loved the Van.. and the work put in it will be worth it because it is a relationship you want to keep that is doable. These companies have to be rotten inside out.
Exactly, the van is so much more than some vehicle. I intend for it to be a home to give me a sense of stability while i have to time to rest and rejuvenate, do some soul searching and step into who i was meant to be without the stress of the matrix. Thank you for your understanding and emotional support!! I really appreciate it! 💜
Id take the L fix the van then take them to small claims court
Yeah, thats the plan. I’ve already made peace with whatever outcome.
Take the dealership to small claims court, if the car wasn’t a buy as is car
If you going to pay...price each part at auto zone first...take the car to a mechanic shop thats trustworthy for an INSPECTION and get a printout to at least 3 shops..for motor and transmission...take to a transmission shop and get an inspection and printout at least 3 shops..beware shopsare known to tell you this is wrong with your car when nothing is wrong...you will know if they bull shiting you...keep for your court records and your records. ...dont show the dealership...and get a printout from your dealership the cost of repairs and written problems of the car..dont tell them why you need it..just for your personal records you keep copies of every written things.😊
Okay so youre saying i should get the car inspected twice by two different people to make sure my current mechanic isnt deceiving me? I definitely plan to have my current mechanic write a full description of what went wrong with the car and i do have a printout of the full labor and costs. I will ask them to give me access to where they purchased the new engine from so i can get in contact with those people. They did inform me that there is a warranty on the new engine
@@ItsRemedi the engine part...they will not give you the place of purchase...because most shops get the motor and transmission from a junk yard.
Okay i will confirm that with them, because the replacement engine is $2550 and that isnt right to get it from a junk yard at that price. They said it comes with a warranty so im assuming its from a certified retailer.
@@ItsRemedi just take it to some transmission shops and they can test the transmissionand motor to see if it's good and tell you if they see problems with it..and they will explain everything...listen and ask questions...your car is your child now and you have to treat it like a child...you want to try 3 places until you at least get a kinda good report/inspection...it's going to be time consuming and energy spent doing the work...and always have at least 3 private mechanics you no that you trust to fix your car...I just ask men when I see one ...do he know any good mechanic that do good work and trust worthy..sometimes they will refer you to a person or a shop...and ask auto parts stores..because mechanics come in the store regularly and leave their contact number.
Okay sounds good, i will definitely have it checked out by atleast 3-4 mechanics after the repairs are done
😊 Youll get through this.. Your plans sound good. #StayBlessed
Thank you so much! 💜
That dealer doesn't give people the title because they never did the title work. This is probably because they purchase the cars to sell on a floor plan (loan). They have to pay who they get the car from to get the title and change it to the customers name. Customers are not going to get tags or registration until that title work is done. You will no doubt have to sue the car dealership. You might want to complain to the motor vehicle administration in your area and contact the Atty. Gen. or State Atty. in your state regarding the company's practice. I would check to see what the implied warranty covers and for how long. It is probably worth doing the repairs if the motor and transmission are ok and the mileage isn't crazy high. Be careful with doing any transmission work, be careful of who does it. I wish you the best in this terrible situation.
Thank you so much, yes ive already made complaints everywhere possible except the manufacturer, im working on that now. It makes me upset that people want to victim blame as if its okay that we as customers should pay $150-200 to have a mechanic look at every car we are looking to purchase instead of having better regulations for car dealers.
Washington consumers have a right to trust that any purchased vehicle will be reasonably safe, efficient and comfortable. If a customer has major problems with the vehicle, then the dealer may be obligated to meet the customer's request for repairs or repayment of the purchase price.
This is what I found out for you.
Thank you! I appreciate your input!
Cars are money pits
Houses
Can we get a part 2 a update on what u will do and how this will go
So far at this point im taking them to court!! Small claims court!
@@ItsRemediperioddddddddddd please do!
@@ItsRemedias you should they need to be exposed
Can up to a month
That’s knolage
I like to follow along sometimes….. i mean it seems to me since you already paid for the van then you own it. so let the current garage either rebuild it or find a rebuilder for the engine. That way everything is made as close to new as possible. Yeah you can get a used one but if it’s bad then your on the hook to pay for it to get replaced again…..don’t be afraid to ask questions sista, there is no such thing as a dumb question…… here’s wishing you the best moving forward and save all your receipts and documentation.👍🏿😄
Thank you for your input & understanding! It doesny make sense to me to junk something instead of trying to fix it. Overconsumption is a terrible thing especially right now.
Remedi i love this channel
Thank you!!! 💜🙂↔️
That’s believable
A big intro about comments 😂

Check to see if you can put a lien or have there Business License revoked.
Definitely taking them to court, i believe they sell vehicles they dont have titles to because a lot of complaints show that buyers wait over 3-6 months and some a year and still no title.
I would try to give the car back and get my money back .
At this point the repairs are already 70% done
@@ItsRemedi oh okay. Civil court it is

Why would u take ur car back to the place that sold u the lemon
I didnt and im not going to. I was just naming all possibilities.
haters want to hate
they also get blockedt. with the quickness too!
I feel ya, baby girl. I don't trust dealerships at all! You are safer going to purchase a car in a private sale. Probably get a much better deal as well. Liked & subscribed.
Exactly!! Thank you for your support!
Explain to him about lemon laws. Go to the BBB as well. Much love.
Yes, i did this and went to the BBB to try and meditate the situation and they wont budge, so small claims court it is!
@@ItsRemedi I heard that.
