🤔You can't have a long story short if it's still ongoing. I'd seek my phone first too, you can't see Susan without it. My grandfather was basically in an arranged marriage. He didn't like the girl, at all😂. He showed up one time a day after he was supposed to go see her. Her dad answers the door, chews him out about how disrespectful he was. He then stated how he doesn't know if he wants his daughter to marry such a disrespectful man. 😏He took the opportunity to intentionally be rude to him as he stood there and got chased away. That worked great for him. When he ran off he went to my grandmothers house😊. They talked and after some time, together decided to move to America. He came on a boat straight to Monterey through the Panama Canal. Worked as a fisherman there and in the Bay Area. He saved money for a few years and then paid for my grandmother to come. Then executed married life basics 101. House, kids, etc.. I would say the patience is what kept them together for 60+ years. Managing long distance as you two do now. It will be a walk in the park once your permanently in the same country together. It's nice to see two people who genuinely care for each other. Noice😎. When people watching, I don't really see that very often while observing tourists around town here in Santa Cruz/Capitola. Good on you guys for keeping it real.🤙
