i love how direct and how simple it is to follow but not my fav for core work out... speaking for myself, workouts that have a bit more effect would be awesome

This workout is a good place to start building strength with bodyweight movements. We would recommend asking your coach to look through our free workouts and choose 3-4 that you could do each week to prepare. You can also ask them for a list of movements to practice and search our website for the movement to find any free workouts with those movements. For example, "Squat Press" may be a relevant movement. Go to www.grouphiit.com/freeworkouts to get started. If you're under 18, get your parents' approval before starting any workout routine.
