thats a great idea somen salad+salmon tofu salad im going to try that n yes me too i always use canned red salmon it has more taste n sometimes i fry a piece of fresh salmon n add it to the salad thanks for your video i always enjoy n learn from it

We made this at Chick N Noodle in King's Villiage in Waikiki in the 80's so good, used char siu and grilled eggs as toppings also.
