Wow. Can't judge a book by it's cover.
The sentencing will be “fucking lit” lol
No remorse whatsoever. She doesn't care at all about victim...she cares about HERSELF. Should of at least got 5 years prison!
Dang! I think the jury was right in their verdict. Though I actually did feel sorry for Hannah being immediately incarcerated. And I did feel that the judge was way more lenient on the prosecutor than she should have been. But after hearing these jail calls… Eesh! Hannah is still acting like a bratty kid even from JAIL!
I’ve missed following this case. I had a vague idea of the case and wondered if she was being scape goated. Thank you for dissuading me of that fallacy. Wow what a gem she is. If she’s given parole somehow she’ll do something REAL quick 😳 to land herself in jail.
She just proved the truth of “wait until they speak “ her sitting in court persona did not match her actual personality, wow!
HGR wanted to ask the family if her victim to speak in her behalf? Gross
I want these jail calls like now!
Like today! Please please nom nom
glad i watched this before the sentencing cause i had no ideo about those jailcalls ahaha
just so ridicoulus ha.
her mom telling her to attack the biggest girl is funny as f
"Wah Wah Wah" is the sound effect of a sad trombone. So its very sarcastic of her to add that. Shes mocking them.
But if Hannah is talking to her legal counsel, why wasn’t she on a private line?
Does a client have confidentiality with a paralegal? I don’t think so. Paralegals aren’t attorneys.
This is the first time listening to you. It is wonderful to hear a professional. Very interesting and informative. Thank you.
After hearing these transcripts, I wonder where Hannah could have possibly gotten her attitude from.
Wow, so hot tip - don't bitch about the trial until AFTER sentencing. I hope they do throw the book at her. All empathy for her is gone.
Wow. Thanks for showing those phone calls. It explains the arrogant attitude she demonstrated in court and in photos
Wow! Just WOW! Jail calls are recorded people!
It tells you every time. She had over 200 recorded calls....she heard the message 200 calls!
Now knowing her sentence, in regards to her “jail isn’t that bad” statement, so far she’s been incarcerated in a detention facility… now she’s on her way to a REAL prison with REAL inmates in a REAL jail. Let’s see how quick her mind changes. Enjoy your stay, Hannah!
Thanks for the update Emily. 👍
Hannah's behavior after the fact just goes to show how RIGHT the jury was. Are we sure Hannah isn't related to Baldwin?
Wow. 85% of 18 months is not enough. She won’t learn anything
I got this vibe from her original interrogations. I worked on films and we kinda loathed these nepo babies. She looks baby faced but this chick is dark and loves weapons.
While I think the jury made the right call, I did kinda feel bad for Hannah at the end of the trial. Now I wish she could get more than the 18 months. What a spoiled, entitled brat.
In a way, and I don't know how the law is there, her sneaking a gun into a bar and flashing it on a video could show that she has violent leanings with regard to guns. She likes the power of them? And maybe that's how they can argue that this is a violent crime because she created an atmosphere that could lead to violence? That sounds convoluted but I'm just trying to get into their brains
Thank you EDB!!
where is my “Not today judge , not today” coffee mug when i need it 🤓☕️
thankyou Emily!!! love the Quick bits 🫶🏼💜💜
i was feeling a little sympathy for Hannah there for a moment but after hearing her rude entitled a$$ never mind , serve your time girl, you are lucky you re not there longer than 18 months 🥾
You are looking lovely this Monday. Thank you for the updates
After all that talk from Hannah, if court was to hear all that. 😂 No one would entertain her after all that.
I do agree that his arrogance should have absolutely nothing to do with him being charged. Save that for the trial and the juries impression of him. But you don't charge someone because they're arrogant. If we did there's millions of people who would be charged for that alone
Omg talking shit about the judge before sentencing not a smart idea. If her attitude is considered for sentencing she is shooting her self in the foot with this calls.
Modeling career?? 🤣🤣
So glad you covered this! I was watching Runkle's video and was like wait, did I miss an EDB on this??
HG’s mum explains soooooo much about Hannah’s lack of accountability and detachment from reality 😂
Hannah’s ego knows no bounds. 😳
She probably watched Frozen during jail movie night and thought that Hans wasn't really the villain.
💜Thank You and Hello All from Michigan💜
I’m so sad for the victim families in idaho
Thank you Emily!
This indulged woman had a sense of entitlement right from the start.
My first year I’ve ever filed an extension. It’s been a hard year lol
