5:29 I completely forgot about this block and what it did. I legit had a flashback of me and my 5th grade buddies using this to farm good loot from pigmen. HOLY shit man i feel old, but hey i went and found an old YT gameplay of it and saved it for memories sake. Thxs for mentioning this block i would have NEVER remembered it otherwise!
Those glass pillars are a debug feature they weren’t supposed to be in the public version and eyes of enders were in the game at the time in beta 1.9 pre 3
The most important difference between normal oak slabs and petrified oak slabs is that petrified oak slabs don't burn. The only reason they're in the game is for backwards compatibility as they didn't want houses build with slabs before 1.3 to suddenly burn up upon updating.
You ask why the internet finds you funny... The current age of the internet is laughing at a shorthand term of suspicious or suspect, trash cans, numbers that certain little kids shouldn't know the meaning behind, and many other things (many of which really make me question the future of the world. I would say society but that sounds too close to sus and apparently that's a funny word)
I loved the video too and had a good time watching that one and this one, even if it wasn’t 100% accurate. I love the map idea too! I’ve been having trouble keeping myself challenged, and can see this being a lot of fun
There was this time I was playing minecraft bedrock with my friend and my sis and then we were fighting the ender dragon, it disappeared and we were confused. The portal was open so we went back to the overworld the dragon was there and we don't know how. I had to turn on cheats and go in creative mode because it was making a giant doughnut circle near our house and we couldn't catch up to it in survival mode so we finished it in creative and we were in different parts of the hole lol. That's a weird minecraft thing that happened!
can confirm the pocket edition invisible bedrock. I remember walking on it in creative mode and thinking i broke the game if i remember it went on for a while though I never went father then when my render distance unloaded the map but its real and you could even go on top of it in survival mode
I remember I saw spiders climbing up it. that's what made my pillar up on my survival world and walk on it, then proceeded to panic when I couldn't remember which way to walk to get back. This was also on a world that had no water, at all. this was before caves, sticky pistons and infinite worlds. the world had no water and one small lava pool. It also had one cactus when the world was loaded. I unfortunately don't have that survival world anymore, it was deleted during an update, but I do still have a creative version of the world I used to find where diamonds were upon which i would then load back into the survival world and dig down onto the diamonds. that went off topic fast.
Petrified oak slabs are also fire resistant, which is their most practical advantage. I used to play on a server with NPCs you could trade stuff with and get rewards; one of the things was petrified oak slabs so you could build non-flammable wood structures
When I used to play pocket edition when they had the old world formation as a option I remember I used to build up to the top of the world border and just walk around up there, it was *really* easy, I’d do it again and record it but as far as I know that world type doesn’t exist in bedrock anymore
about the “invisible bedrock,” yes. You can fly up to that border and even *walk on it*. This only applies to versions of minecraft before infinite world generation was added, although in bedrock I think you can set the world type to the old version.
Hilarious I accidentally found your channel by watching the block that doesn’t exist video so you gotta extra sub now to come to your channel seeing an updated video about it. Great content.
Bro the console tutorial world was a huge part of my childhood. I even used to go back and play it again every time it got updated. I remember walking back and forth over the tripwire that caused fireworks to shoot into the sky because 12yo me thought it was cool.
Love the vid, idk where i fall but i watched the other one right after the nether update i was looking for secret blocks you could only get w/ commands
the notch tweet about red dragons sounds like a 5 year old asking for dragons for christmas also the "totally" makes the sentence sound sarcastic for some reason
7:30 so the petrified oak slab extends to all wood... i forget which version but in one of the updates if u loaded an old save all the wood u placed as a player became petrified wood
You just reminded me of how in pocket edition I would stack up to the height limit by the border and walk on top of the edge. I think after a while it would end and you'd fall but I don't remember.
6:10 "i couldnt find footage"... IF ONLY I RECORDED MY PE SHENANIGANS WHEN I WAS YOUNGER AHHHHH (also i stg one day when traveling over invis bedrock i found new terrain with a village b4 villages were added to pe... but i couldnt get to the new terrain for some reason... but it might just be a fucked up memory... but its so vivid and i remember spending so much time on tryna get to it and i remember the exact feeling i had when i saw it)
6:06 I remember that I lost my very first creative world in Pocket Edition because I was curious how far i could go. I was stupid enough to not use a compass. Actually, now that I think about it, i eventually did use a compass, however, I unfortunately don't have any of my original worlds :(
there is a nother structure u missed. a house that had every block in it(in a 100 stack, not 60) and u could get cloth (old wool) from them. the house was made out of cobble
where was a bug on old console version where you can just swim out of the worldborder with a boat :) oh and you can get fall damage when you swim in water on the worldborder
@The Cursed Judge sometime could you possibly make a Minecraft youtuber history video going though the different generations of youtubers and stuff like that (if so can i have a shoutout ;D)
Congratulations on blowing up! You will now have more views on your channel, but if you ever make something too different it won't get more than a couple 100 views. It's a blessing and a curse.
The first thing i ever did in minecraft was dig STRAIGHT into a mountain and shit myself cuz a zombie was blocking the only way outside. Then i started playing regularly but was too stupid so i started cheating the hell out of the game but all i ended up doing was make a minecart track that didnt even work well
I randomly watched the block 36 video last night because it suddenly appeared in my recommended. Seems you hit the algorithm homie, congrats. You say your video was poorly researched but I think you did a fairly good job with it, even with the inaccuracies that most people could spot right away like "Mine-game". While watching I did feel like you were presenting some well known facts as some hidden knowledge lost to time and at stuff sort of got detached from the original point of the video, but I feel that was still fun to watch and gave the video character. Not something to tear yourself up over. You also mentioned how you didn't voice it well, but I think it got the job done. Better than I've ever done with my stuff so far. You probably won't notice this comment but I just wanted to say congrats on a job well done with both the initial video, and this one. If you do see this... hmu?
I’m glad the illusion was never included, in fact I’d prefer if all the illagers never existed in the first place..... it’s so boring to just add more ugly looking villagers that are just evil, also the villager update was fun but I didn’t like how they added bleach and stuff that takes away minecraft’s fantasy theme
@@Nugcon ahahah you’re right, I just haven’t been looking into the updates that much, I play minecraft seldomly so most of the time I don’t even realise wether there’s been an update or not ever since 2016

Your jokes in that video were mildly humorous and consider that humor is subjective. ;)
