I'm interested in this video because my father passed away 4 months back and I have been told I am not named in the will. I suspect everything has been left to the latest wife and newest child .

I WISH I HAD OF SEEN THIS IN MAY 2020 WHEN MY MOM'S WILL WAS DONE BY A FRIEND OF HERS.
I'M GOING THROUGH PROBATE AND A CAVEAT HAS BEEN SUBMITTED TO COURT QUESTIONING THE VALIDITY OF HER WILL. I LIKE SO MANY OTHER PEOPLE THOUGHT A WILL OUTLINING MY MOM'S EXACT WISHES AND NAMING ME AS EXECTOR WAS ALL THAT WAS NEEDED.
THIS IS A REALLY BAD SITUATION TO BE IN ESPECIALLY WHEN YOU CAN'T AFFORD AN ATTORNEY.
