If you're athletic you should try to visualize a movement you think you can recreate and give it a try. It may sound silly, but I went from throwing 400 ish to 430-450 just visualizing and trying to recreate Ezra Aderhold's swing after watching it in slow mo repeatedly. Obviously since I am still 100+ feet behind I am a long ways away, but it's definitely a start.
AB has to be the absolute coolest disc golfer there’s ever been. I’m all for the classics, and I love James Conrad and that type, but AB is just a classically cool person. Good for the sport. But also ab is pretty sick too

Also I think you should putt first n if u miss and he makes then he earns half a stroke back twd the shoes But if if yall putt from a shot You threw then AB has to putt first n you well earn not having to risk giving him back that half stroke on that hole's putting green.
