As a twin, the whole thing with Tiphereth really speaks to me. It's hard to put in words, but I understand Tiphereth's pain; I don't know what I'd do if something were to happen to my twin. I'd probably go insane and dedicate the rest of my life to his worth.

Honestly, both me and my twin sis would probably try to self sacrifice for the other.
      I think...

Easiest meltdown in the entire game, as long as you haven't gotten complacent with the meltdown immunity of the upper levels... since it's gone now.

@@stungunnotapplicable1953 You also got to push past Midnight.
I'd hate to be the fool that constantly gets Violet Midnight during this meltdown and with no ALEPH gear.

@@tedizursa1277 Guess that could be tricky, but I'd think one would go for conquering ALEPHs and getting their gear before tackling Briah meltdowns. Especially since you can get Alephs as early as the fourth department, and you can't tackle Briah meltdowns until at least day 36. You've got a pretty good chance of having some Aleph gear by then.
And if you get Green Midnight (Last Helix), it's easy to conquer without any casualties if you know what you're doing. Just only fight it with weapons that have a decent range and abuse elevators.
The God Delusion (Violet Midnight) has a few useful tricks that can be used effectively against it. Calling in the rabbits is actually a pretty good strategy if you need them taken out (just clear all your employees out of their departments and sic the teams on the departments they're in). Some of the rabbit teams will get killed off due to the counterattacks but not before dealing considerable damage (making them easier to clean up), and in my experience, they can and will destroy at least some of the shrines in the process.
Avoid the attacks they deliver on the facility (If you've got good Justice and have a good place for them to retreat to, avoiding the remote attacks shouldn't be too hard), and when some of the rabbit teams die off, find a place you can sort your guys by wielded weapons (so you don't hit the shrines with absorbed damage). Send them in to clean up the shrines but keep an eye on them, and move everyone out when the defensive counterattack triggers. It's usually a trivial matter to get your guys out of the room before it fires (with an exception of the Pale shrine. You might need to blow some HP healing bullets to save people there. It is vital you give as good of pale resistance as you can to people you intend to send to take that shrine down; if you have no Aleph armors, A Sword Sharpened By Tears is the best you can get, and unfortunately all other WAW armors are 1.5 at best, barring mods).
Ironically, it might be beneficial to have employees with low fortitude to attack the pale shrine since IIRC, Pale damage is fractional -- so lower HP max means lower damage, making it more likely that the healing effect of regenerators (which now hits the entire department) will be able to keep pace with the inbound Pale damage, and make it easier to restore HP with the healing bullets. Tactical use of the Flesh Idol or Express Train to Hell (if you're REALLY lucky with timing) may also be a lifesaver. And of course, there's always the option to Spam Der Freischutz shots or sic Little Red on it. Better that Red gets burned up by the blue fireball eye thing than your employees do, and you can keep funding Freischutz shots by doing work on an abnormality whenever you run out of PE. All you need is at least 1 PE in reserve to fire and it takes 10% (rounded up) of your PE to fire. Just having a single employee run out to work on One Sin every few works will do fine. Just be ready to elevator-dodge every 21st shot since the random firing could shoot anywhere.
If you have none of these countermeasures, it might be wise just to have everyone cluster in an elevator shaft while a single employee with A Sword Sharpened By Tears armor and a really good ranged WAW weapon (The Magic Bullet, maybe?) is sent to chip away slowly at the shrine's health. In my experience, the fireball thing only settles in hallways which the shafts should be out of range of (and even if not, they can instantly go up or down the shaft out of range). When it recalls the thing back to it, have your attacker leg it, healing them with heal bullets if they start getting too close to death. The 0.8 Pale resistance should give them at least some measure of a buffer against the Pale damage that would otherwise wither them at a terrifying rate. As long as the rest of your employees can't be touched by the fireball (or can escape it in an instant), it doesn't matter if it takes 2 hours to break the shrine since its only attacks are to move the fireball around the various rooms or pull it back to its own chamber (which only happens a few times when it gets damaged enough).
I can do anything with the appropriate level of micromanaging. I fear no man.
      But Hokma...
      That thing scares me.

You can completely bypass that portion of it by ordering everyone to work and instantly getting the next meltdown.
