You can try making teddy from fondant
Just like u made the clouds and set them
Otherwise u can use props for it and avoid making the teddy if u dont like it

Agar apko basic sponge banane ata hai to cup cakes banana is easy. Bahut sare videos available hai UA-cam pe cup cake recipes k liye.
Maida - 1 cup
Sugar - 1/2 cup
Vanilla essence- 1 tsp
Curd - 1/3 cup
Oil - 1/3 cup
Baking soda - 1/2 tsp
Baking powder - 1 tsp
Ye sab ko achese mix kar k oven ko 180 degree pe pre heat kar le for 10 min. Meanwhile cup cake mould me cup cake liner dal k batter dale and then Usk baad cup cakes mould ko oven me 160-170 degree pe 20-25 minutes k liye bake kare. Cup cakes ready hai
